If you are a fan of cleanliness, then you are NOT here!! ! The hotel needs refurbishment, it's a trifle. At the reception you are greeted with a face "well, why are you all coming here? " The tables and chairs are dirty, the carpet on the floors has not changed, probably since the opening day, and it was cleaned every other time. The sunbeds by the pool are dirty, the tables are never wiped, as in the evening they will collect in ketchup, drinks, ashes and arrange them in the morning. (they wiped themselves with napkins) Adapted huge flower pots under the ashtray are not removed until the cigarette butts stick out through the edges and it stinks terribly, okay adults, but there are children nearby !! ! What can we say about the tiles by the pool... By the way, the slides were rarely turned on. Staff in dirty uniforms, HAMS! ! Ice cream is laid out with hands, without gloves, and even fingers were licked ! ! BRR In the room for three days only garbage was taken away, nothing was removed!!! ! The towels are not changed, I asked the reception for three days to vacuum and at least wipe the floor in the bathroom, as it is very wet and slippery. There was no reaction until I brought the girl by the hand and showed what needed to be removed, since she did not understand either English or Russian.
