Rested in Hedef with friends. I personally was in Turkey for the 3rd time. Somewhat disappointed. But, in principle, all the shortcomings can be attributed to the fact that the hotel is completely new and has been operating for the 1st season.
So, objectively and in order.
1. Staff: due to shortage, apparently, the management took those who remained - they didn’t speak Russian, they were lazy (even in Egypt, the waiters are more efficient), but quite friendly. I think that for the next season they will select a more qualified and prepared to communicate with the Russian public. By the way, English will not help you either)))).
2. Rooms: EXCELLENT. Especially those with a view of the municipal park.
I can advise future vacationers if you use a hairdryer - bring it with you, because. although the room is equipped with a hair dryer, but it can be used by people 1.20 tall and do not need a mirror - a VERY short and tight wire that allows you to use a hair dryer only if your head is at a distance of 30 cm from the place of its attachment))).
3. Beach: dirty, umbrellas had to be literally dug into the sand every day, BUT the entrance to the sea is quite decent for Alanya (which is very important for me personally, because I can't swim). I advise future visitors to take towels with them, because there are none on the beach even for money. Although, perhaps next season the beach will be different, because. neither the beach, nor the bar and the disco on the beach belong to the hotel.
4. Food: Disgusting, even with a discount on oriental cuisine. In any 3 stars, the food is much tastier. Moreover, not to say that there was little choice or there was no meat. The assortment always includes lamb, chicken, fish. But SO spoil the meat is not possible, and these magical chefs managed to do it 2 times a day (lunch and dinner). Burnt, dry, tasteless.
I advise you to take a stick of smoked sausage and a piece of bacon with you; ) Again, there is hope that by the next season they will pick up normal chefs.
4. Entertainment: the hotel has only a children's disco. There is a free disco on the beach. In 5 min. walk disco to bistro. At 30 min. walk (can be reached by bus or taxi) towards the center of the village 2 cool discos.
5. Territory and infrastructure: There is no territory, there is construction around. But right next to the hotel is the municipal park. Small but very beautiful, 2 excellent fountains, playground, gazebos. There are several shops nearby, incl. grocery, pharmacy, sell fruits (we bought, because the hotel had only green melons and watermelons in the assortment). For a full-fledged shopping, I advise you not to even go into these shops (it's expensive and the sellers hardly bargain, because you have no choice), but to go either to the center of Konakli or to Alanya (by bus $ 1.5) - connoisseurs will get a true pleasure (I personally can’t imagine a vacation in Turkey without a regular shopping trip, I love to bargain)))
Summary: if you go to this hotel, then only with a company and, let me remind you, do not forget a hair dryer, a beach towel and a stick of smoked sausage ; )))
