When choosing a tour, we were limited in time and finances, this hotel attracted attention by the presence of not only negative reviews (in principle, I didn’t want to go to other hotels of the same price category after reading the reviews), but also positive ones. Reviews were different, contradictory. We decided to take a risk: hope for the best, prepare for the worst. Two mothers and two teenage daughters went on a trip. So: when checking in at the reception, we were told that for the night they were forced to settle us in "not very good rooms", and the next day after the departure of the tourists, we were already settled in good ones. Before checking in, it was strongly recommended to attend dinner until it was over, which we did. Then they settled in: "not very good rooms" turned out to be in the staff building, with non-working air conditioners, the light did not turn on everywhere, the doors closed only from the inside))) In the hope for the best, they did not swear and "swing rights" yet. We slept, in the morning we left things with neighbors-colleagues in misfortune (at least their room was closed), after breakfast we went to the sea, it did not disappoint (neighboring five-stars had access to the sea only from the piers). After dinner, we went to the reception to knock out normal numbers for ourselves, so that things could at least be left. By the way, we also met such unfortunate people who, with screams and threats, tried to claim normal numbers for themselves. Everyone was asked to wait. After the second approach, with a sweet smile and a plea in our eyes, we got the key to a two-room suite in the main building (almost deluxe))). Clean, renovated with two balconies and great views. Instead of two rooms, one big one. It suited us. From the moment when the suitcases were moved, a good rest began and was a success, one might say. The food was very satisfying, baked eggplant, zucchini and peppers were incredibly tasty !! ! There was really little meat, compared to the five-star hotels where we used to rest, but we really did not suffer from this during our short five-day vacation. One or 2 types of poultry products have always been. And on Sunday they gave shawarma and crayfish!! ! Delight!! ! Beer and wine are delicious, though occasionally ran out. In general, the impressions are mostly positive. What really bothered me: poor Wi-Fi, even at the lobby bar (that is, more often than not). Periodic lack of water in the room: sometimes cold, sometimes hot, sometimes in general. After the sea, I want to wash off the salt. Then somehow these problems were solved. The staff is polite and smiling. In general, it is very possible to live, but with nuances. ))) If the goal is to rest on the sea, you can safely go. "To beat show-off" you need to go to other places and for other money.
