Be careful, this hotel is a fake! The photos in the pictures are heavily photoshopped, but in reality everything is not at all so rosy. It's not 4 stars, it's a two-room apartment with very rude and boorish staff. Theft, unsanitary! I highly recommend reading the review first so as not to spoil your vacation and not lose your money.

I bought a tour to the hotel for my mother and daughter (she is 6 years old). I really hoped, if not for a luxurious vacation, then at least for a comfortable one. Turkey is famous for its hospitality. But not in this hotel.
The room was not settled for 3 hours. Although the transfer brought my mother and child from the airport at about 20:00 in the evening (check-in at the hotel takes place at 14:00).

The hotel service was in no hurry, looked dissatisfied, indifferent, although a lot of tired tourists accumulated at the reception. The children were crying, it stank everywhere (persistent stench is generally everywhere in this body). It was impossible to approach the administrators, they were frankly rude and poked - "What don't you like? Now we will evict you! "
As a result, they settled in the room at night... How to write correctly... With shit (in the truest sense of the word! ) On the toilet. Yes, this is not an artistic description, it was really shit on the rim.
Mom has photos (she really asked me to post reviews with photos everywhere so that other tourists do not spoil their vacation).
Shit on the toilet. Undiscarded trash can with soiled toilet paper.
Water on the bathroom floor. Shower not working.
Dirty bed linen.
Dust and hair everywhere.
We have never seen such a disgusting room in any guest house of any Anapa! And this is TURKEY!!!
As a result, the next day, with a scandal from this room, a mother with a small child was moved to another room. The servants asked $50 for this relocation (yes, such impudence is there at every step), my mother, of course, did not give anything.
At least there was no shit in the second issue. But there was no cleaning at all. For 7 days the maid did not come even once. But there were cases of theft from the rooms (maybe the hotel hires maids for this, and not for cleaning? ). At the reception, they heard a story from tourists that they had taken the safe out of the room.
The hotel did not understand anything, the employees abruptly pretended that they did not understand Russian.
Next - DO NOT COUNT on the Buffet. There is not enough food and places for everyone, tourists naturally begin to fight for a piece of meat (it is distributed in 1-2 pieces). The dishes are all dirty, with the remnants of lipstick and other things.
The food is disgusting, but even it is swept away in 15 minutes, the line before the opening is built in half an hour.
The pool (which looks so wonderful in the photo) is actually old, shabby with wobbly slides. The children's part is separated from the adult by an iron fence (launched right in the water). A child can seriously hurt himself, it is better not to let children into the pool.

Locality. Do not count on shops and infrastructure, the hotel is far from everything (and if you, like me, google the name of the hotel and look at the panoramas on Google Maps, you can seriously make a mistake, like me, since there are two of these hotels! One is located in a normal area , and the second is far from everything, in a desert area).
For the purchase of products (and they had to be bought, because the buffet was impossible) I had to go to Alanya, half an hour by bus.
Can you imagine this vacation? It's just a mockery! The hotel card contains distorted information about the hotel, which does not correspond to reality. Basically, it's a SCAM!
Such places should generally be closed according to sanitary. epidemic standards. It's full of violations, it's dangerous to live there.
The staff themselves are just as dangerous - they steal, they are rude, they poison people in their canteen.
