Don't even think. The hotel resembles a new car that was given to the homeless to be torn to pieces. For the buildings themselves and the rooms WAS once good, but it is clear that the bolts were hammered thoroughly. We were "lucky" and the host changed the original one and settled in this hotel.
Upon arrival (around midnight), we were given the keys to the room, no one told where to go (and you’ll figure it out there), as a result, we had to go up to the 4th floor in total, go around from the back side and still find our room.
In the room itself, no one thought to tidy up. On the floor, in the bathroom, hair was everywhere, small garbage, old bedding.
As a result, another 40 minutes waited for the cleaning to come. They tried to remove something, they simply threw something under the bed.
For 12 nights, they came to clean up with us only once, in the end they took out only the garbage and after that the bag with the comb and ointment for the back disappeared)))

The scheme of the hotel is as follows - 1st floor reception, mini-bar (drinks), mini-shop, 2nd floor dining room, 3rd floor terrace, mini-bar, 4th level is a pool and 3 buildings of rooms, further up the level there is a high-rise building with rooms, bass and a mini-bar.
The hotel positions itself as 4 stars and all inclusive.
In fact - it's good if 2 stars.
So, point by point.
Rooms

Here's how lucky. Ours was pretty decent. BUT not cleaned, somewhere rust, somewhere mold. The condo works, the telly shows 2-3 channels, the warm water sometimes disappeared.
some did not have water, some did not close the door, some had cockroaches.
Cons - you won’t wait for cleaning, you have to go begging for toilet paper yourself, towels with stains packed after washing.
Pros - the condo worked, the bed was double, the view from the room.
Sometimes there is no light or water.
Food

NEVER drink water from a cooler. I took it once and realized by taste that it was from a tap. Then I watched how they change the bottle - it was never packed, it was always half filled. The girls said that they went out to smoke at night on the balcony and watched how water was drawn from the pool. (although the hotel workers themselves drank water from there, but about them a little lower).
The lunch time was postponed 3-4 times by 0.5-1.5 hours.
Vegetables are cooked cool, there is always porridge. (well, at least you won't go hungry).
Meat if you have time, although there was one day when the nuggets were cooked for everyone.
Soups are usually good.
You won’t wait for fruit, only one day I saw it on someone’s plates.
Sweets - local pudding was almost always at lunch and dinner, but it's not for everybody. Baklava was a couple of times, but people almost fought over it.
Coffee was only 1 day out of 12 (although damn it, this is Turkey's calling card).
Soda was almost always, tea too.
Alcohol was lucky, beer was in 70% of cases at the bar (but from 11 to 23), vodka was so-so and rare, they only sold wine and whiskey.
Service
None. A girl or a cunning man usually sits at the reception. The girl knows Russian exactly as long as you do not express dissatisfaction. A cunning man will simply merge, or forget Russian / English, remember only Turkish or send.

The rest of the employees pay attention only to their appearance. Everything. They go immeasurably important, and they don’t want to do anything. Only one day I watched how they were well jacked up and ran a little, but it lasted at most 1.5 days, then again on the knurled one.
NEVER give them money! It won't do anything.
Infrastructure
Near the hotel there is only a highway, other hotels and the beach.
It takes 20 minutes to go to the nearest market, 10-15 minutes to Konakli by minibus (it is better to pay in lira), to Alanya it takes 25-30 minutes to go.
By the way, the Internet constantly fell off because it is clearly not intended for a large number of people.
The hotel itself is at least on the first line, BUT between the hotel and the beach there is a TRAIL for 8 lanes (8 lanes KARL !!! ), you can cross the highway only at underground and overhead crossings. On the plus side, the transition is right at the hotel, but it's dumb. It's better to go with a flashlight.
The beach itself is average, half of the water is in the rocks. There are stupid biting fish. There are not enough sun loungers for everyone, the beach is cleaned on occasion.
And yet - everywhere the stairs are narrow. If you have a stroller with a Kinder or health problems, I don’t advise you at all, even if there is not enough money.

Cons - rudeness of the staff, dirt, unwillingness to do anything, general attitude, location.
