Not everything is so bad, but not as rosy as they say, the rooms are small, the safe was interrogated on the 3rd day, although it is their money, in 3 days they changed 3 rooms with a surcharge (the 1st room has a broken balcony door, the entrance is just a knock and it will open, the lock is torn out, the shower is broken and the toilet was not flushed; the 2nd room has a good view, but the shower is broken, the toilet is dirty and there is a terrible stench in the room from the sewerage; the 3rd one turned out to be successful, there were flaws, but they were small) .
Cleaning is a separate story, in fact, it is not in the room so for sure, if you leave tea, then figurines are made, but this does not particularly affect the cleaning. There is no first-aid kit in the hotel (only plaster and brilliant green), and there is no doctor. The restaurant works well, the queues are small, the guys are trying, the dishes are clean, the choice of dishes is not very large, but this is 4.
