Old, dirty. Gray towels!
First they gave me a room on the 6th floor, tiny and looking like a bed bug. There is a white spot on the blue blanket, it is clear why. It became completely disgusting and changed the room, this time with a view through the windows of a neighboring building. It was hoped that a good breakfast would remedy the situation.
The breakfast was terrible - if you come half an hour late, you won't have anything to eat. Someone did not eat an omelette cooked with leftovers, apparently from dinner, and they offered this for breakfast. The coffee is terrible but you paid for this meal if you took the catering tour.
Wifi in the room does not work. It is connected, but the Internet does not give. Hotel staff walk around in ordinary clothes, often stale. Food from the kitchen stinks on all floors of this "hotel". When you get cold in the room, the reception will “sell” you the remote control from the air conditioner to make it warmer. CONTROL IS PAID.
I do not recommend this hotel unless you plan to be on the beach 24-7.
The beach is beautiful, they say, Cleopatra herself swam here.
On the shortcomings - a small dining room, if for breakfast and lunch this is not noticeable, then for dinner on weekends people go with their plates - Can I sit down with you? In general, there are only 22 tables for 70 rooms. Add here that dinner (however, lunch and breakfast) is only an hour and a half. Further, at some point, the bartender may knock something, and he begins to give out only one glass of beer. When asked whether he himself came up with it, or someone gave instructions, he stopped understanding even in Turkish, through a translator. It’s not hard to walk from the table to the counter instead of two times four, but . . True, everything went away a day later, and I was already pouring two glasses as ordered. Well, an unusually littered beach is added (free near the hotel). Generally almost no flaws.
What do you want? You ask? Rest and rejoice! And here is just something to rejoice at. Full non-compliance with the parameters "Price-quality". The hotel goes through the registers of travel agents as a four, and let's say not cheap, at a price at the level of good fours, or weak fives. Those that are not in the center. Location is basically the only advantage. But because of this, the high price. In general, think for yourself here, and all the best.
Settled immediately, did not have to wait, arrived at about 9 o'clock. The room is not big, everything is clean. There is practically no territory, 1 children's pool and a small adult with sun loungers and a bar next to them. Wifi picks up well in the lobby.
The food for a 3 star is excellent. The chefs and waiters are doing their best.
The hotel is located in the central part of Alanya, the sea is across the road. There is a bus stop nearby, travel is 2 lira for cash and 1.5 lira for a card (kent card). Shops within walking distance. If you do not go to the sea, you can take a walk in the fortress and along the embankment. Lots of different excursions. They are more expensive from a tour operator, cheaper from street agencies, and it's up to you to decide who to take from.
We went to the hammam at the hotel, we liked it very much. We took the program for 1 hour 30 minutes, for 2 it turned out to be 50 dollars.
The contingent of vacationers: Russians 20-25%, the rest are Germans, Balts, a lot of pensioners. No one interfered with each other, everyone was mutually polite. Although most of them have a kind of rest, in my opinion. After breakfast, the absorption of beer begins, in the evening something stronger is added. Some didn't even make it to the pool, but that's their choice.
Liked a lot:
1. Do not forget to give out lunch boxes, without any reminders, if ordered, then everything is clear;
2. If someone came to the hotel and did not fall into the breakfast-lunch-dinner schedule, then the transfer guide called and left food;
3. We had an appointment at 4 pm, from 12 pm our vacation actually ended and we theoretically had to stop using the hotel services, but we fed dinner without any.
It may be trifles, but everything adds up from them, in Turkey this is not the first time and I had to deal with the diametrically opposite.
And one more thing: do not forget that this is a 3, not a 5.
If anyone has specific questions please ask.
