Отель в общем неплохой, но на ресепшене не говорят по-русски The hotel is generally good, but the reception does not speak Russian

We arrived at the hotel around 11 am, a large company of 11 people arrived, including 3 children. As requested, there are no available rooms. We got a debt (from the house) were very tired settled us after 14:00, but at the reception they didn’t even ask how we wanted to settle down and scattered them just on different floors (we had 4 rooms), at first we were upset, but then we just got tired from the road sleep.
By the evening, as it turned out, the air conditioner did not work in one of the rooms, the receptionist came and pressed the buttons and said that everything was fine, that everything supposedly worked and that he "DOES NOT UNDERSTAND RUSSIAN", the next day they fiddled with the air conditioner until late in the evening, it was simply replaced , but the whole day we went back and forth... and after 2 days they came and again changed it to the old renovated one... The answer to the request to replace the number was - THERE ARE NO AVAILABLE numbers. We went to the hammam on the very first day (I liked it very much), even took a massage course.
The food is very varied, no one left hungry. Every day, vegetables and something else (fish, chicken skewers, and much more) were cooked on the grill on the street. You can't drink drinks from the vending machine. . .

The animators are great, the kids are entertained in the evening for an hour at the children's disco. During the day, there is a playroom. There was also entertainment for adults (disco, foam party, fire show. . . ).
The beach is small, since we do not sleep for a long time, we always had enough sunbeds. Beach bar with soft drinks, coffee, French fries and tortillas with cottage cheese and herbs.
In general, if it were not for the incident with the air conditioner, it would be possible to put 10 points. The entrance of the beach is sandy, but further there are large stones. And this is a very big minus. And so quite a normal beach, representing a small bay.
