Rested with family. They were supposed to check in at MC Park Resort, but upon arrival they said that there were no rooms for our family, which is why they will move us to MC Arancia. Settled quickly - on our arrival there was no queue of arrivals - for which we thank you.
At first - the impressions were good - the room was excellent, an extra bed was added, but then ...:
1. the air conditioner did not work for 2 days - I applied 3 times ...
2. cleaning is disgusting - leave it, do not leave a tip - it will not be better ...
3. when cleaning - they steal - little things - but for the rest period it’s not very pleasant
4. cockroaches in the room are big
5. mosquitoes - this is not a problem if you took a remedy for them, but we forgot, and during the period when the air conditioner was not working, we opened everything - therefore, the horde of mosquitoes increased significantly, and in the morning they were all bitten.
It’s nothing if they didn’t say at the reception - we will provide you with mosquito repellents and they said it from 4:30 in the morning to 18 hours, they even wrote it down in a journal, but then they said - we didn’t promise anything, and we won’t help with anything other than dichlorvos ...- I bought the product myself in the market - and the problem was solved.
6. food - not everything and not everyone had enough of everything. it ended quickly, but even when there is still food, and the hotel employee distributes it, the impression is that you need to ask for food. Grandmother, who cooks cakes, is constantly not satisfied, but this is because of the tip, as it seems.
7. Drinks - juices are diluted jupis (this is not the level of a 5 star hotel), there is a showcase in the bars with bellis and other drinks - but even with ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE - drinks are not of Turkish production - yes money.
8. Animation for children - sucks! ! ! ! "Pepsi", "Fanta", "Cola" - fictional animation stunts - bullshit.
There is not enough space on the stage, the stairs to the stage - with non-standard dimensions of the height of the steps - because of this, every second child either fell or thrashed ....
9. THERE IS NO SCALES IN THE HOTEL - it is IMPOSSIBLE to weigh bags outside - IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!! ! ! !
