Rested family in this hotel, me (husband), wife and 2 children 5 and 9 years old. Before that, we have not been in such a hotel yet... which is shocking, how can you give it 5 stars and call it ultra-all. About everything in order.
The road is 2.5 hours from Antalya.
Check-in - we arrived at 10 in the morning, met Evgenia at the reception (special thanks to her), went for a walk, bought, ate and at 14-00 we were settled in an excellent room on the 6th floor of the central building and overlooking the sea !! ! Room location is perfect! Again, thanks to Evgenia! If it weren't for her, this hotel would not even be rated 3 stars. As for the settlement, I got excited....we were given cards from the door of the room... and we dragged our suitcases to the elevator and to the 6th floor... a little unusual).

Room - there are no complaints about it, clean, tidy, as if everything is there... They clean it regularly but not carefully, they put shampoos, change towels... everything is ok. The safe did not really work... but that's the little things. Water in the minibar all the time, Pepsi and Sprite - 1 time upon check-in. .
Pools - 1 person monitors the entire territory, removes glasses, they don’t wash under the sun loungers in principle... dirt... the pools themselves are clean. You can take a sun lounger until 8 am, then it is difficult....
The sea is very close to the hotel, there are always free sun loungers, from the minuses - boulders in the water... you need to know where to go... and dirty water....there is a feeling that the sewerage from the neighboring hotel goes into the sea... what hints at a pipe going under water...
Restaurants - the food is weak... they save on everything, the atmosphere is like..... in the dining room... actually the 1st time in all our stays in hotels in Turkey, the canteen was spinning in the language... well, I could not call it a restaurant. Ala carte is generally worse than a canteen, they left after 10 minutes...
Wi-Fi - free 100mb per person, then $5 per day. . .
Animation - it is rather non-existent than it is.
The staff is indifferent... it is clear that many people have been laid off... they pay little, there is a lot of work...
The lifeguard is one grandfather... he is on the slides and at the sea....there is no one near the pools...
Bars - whiskey and local vodka... not in all and not always, there is whiskey - no ice or straws... in general, I carried straws with me and looked for ice in other bars... cola is always and everywhere. I didn’t see foreign drinks... somehow we rested in a 3-star hotel for a long time....there was more of everything...
Slides - to ride from the 2 largest ones - you need a circle with handles... bought for 10 bucks, enough for a day... you can’t do without a circle... ))))
Evening at the hotel is boring... unless you can wander around the territory shopping... Animation programs are weak, there is no drinking, you can’t sit in a bar...
Elevators - out of 4.1 did not work, you can wait 10 minutes, it goes slowly, opens the doors like in slow motion)))

Interior - the hotel is 10 years old or more....let's just say... a tolerable economy option.
Mini club - the children went, it was boring... no one is particularly involved with them there.
It seems to be everything in a nutshell....the 1st hotel where you don’t want to go anymore, it seems that you had a good rest, but there are no vivid impressions...
