The hotel disappointed me and my husband. Instead of 5 stars, he can safely build 3 stars. We were from May 27 to June 10.2007. Firstly, they sit for a very long time, we were settled for 4 hours, others could not be settled during the day, poor tourists spent their time relaxing in the reception area with the hope of getting the promised room. in our room, tidying was very rare, they never vacuumed, the towels could be changed partially, apparently, everything at once is too luxurious. The bed had to be changed 3 times a week, with difficulty changed 1 time. the cleaning lady had to be caught and told that all the towels needed to be changed.
The food is poorly organized, queues for hot dishes, if something tasty, it may not be enough if it came at the end. The waiters clean the tables slowly, and it’s simply unrealistic to wait for glasses of drinks to be brought to you. There are not enough sun loungers for everyone, and therefore people take them at 5 in the morning. Animators absolutely none, like sleepy flies. On the playground in the slides there is dirt, earth with water, so the children wipe them with their priests in the morning. Here is a summary of our impressions. We will never go to this hotel again.
