ГРЯЗНО И ВОНЯЕТ! DIRTY AND STINKS!

We chose the hotel based on the reviews here - 7.1 inspired confidence, the photos were also decent. When we entered the hotel, we were horrified by the dirt, bad smell and unsanitary conditions. Cats with lichen and dirty tails were sleeping on leather sofas near the reception. Everything in the hotel - elevators, chandeliers, walls - EVERYTHING is covered in dust and stains. There was a clear feeling that once the hotel was not bad, but now the owners don’t care about it (In the canteen (you can’t call it differently), the choice of food is not large, dirty glasses (all tourists rinsed glasses with boiling water before pouring tea and themselves they were rubbed with napkins), the dish cleaners walked around in dirty, greasy clothes, and the cart on which the dishes were dumped was like for pigs in the village. On the floors there is a persistent smell of cigarettes, the wallpaper is tattered, there are stains on the carpets.
The room was not cleaned every day. When the safe closed and we attacked the reception for two evenings, we heard enough stories from other tourists. The woman asked to be moved out of the room because it stinks of sewage, and the guy at the counter just said: "Well, you read the reviews and knew where you were going. " The entire staff is frankly indifferent to both the hotel and the tourists. The sea. . . Even here I was spitting. The hotel does not have its own pontoon. . . When choosing a place to enter the water, be guided by groups of swimmers, because in those places where there is no one there are huge stones, on which I scratched my legs, and could turn them around. Not a single sign, not a single warning!
A contingent of vacationers... Residents of the outskirts of sleeping areas with beer on the courts : (
