The hotel is large, spectacular, 4 internal transparent elevators, a cascade of 6 pools with adult and children's slides, several bars, a wide beach for children, a large beautiful area, many plantings and lawns, good location, developed infrastructure, democratic procedures. Now about the bad: as many have written here, the owner is a MUST. The sheets and blankets are often full of holes, the furniture is already shabby, the off-season repairs are done carelessly, the plumbing is crumbling, there are a lot of lined sunbeds on the beach, the mattresses are all dirty.
Be sure - check-in problems are guaranteed - such a picture was observed every day, but 10-20 dollars (as in most hotels) quickly solve the problem, and in a room with a good view. How lucky with the maid. We had a smart girl, she changed everything even more often than prescribed, sculpted various interesting things for us from blankets,
She constantly put new bottled water in the refrigerator, regardless of whether we ran out of it or not, and for free (as it turned out later at the reception when we returned the room) she washed our soiled jeans. Well, daily tip dollars work wonders. Friends, on the contrary, constantly had problems with the maid, cleaning the beds, etc. Although they also left a dollar. The animation team liked only the children. Well, daily entertainment programs according to the standard. The evening show has a lot of stupid vulgarity and little humor - and we are not in that condition and, again, with children. In general, they honestly tried to pay attention to them several times - they didn’t sit out. Disco is also liquid. There were almost no problems with sun loungers - except perhaps in the early days. Surprised by our greedy fellow citizens, clogging sunbeds in the morning and all day, while they themselves shy away around the territory or somewhere else. On the beach, someone's towel lay on two sunbeds for 4 days (! ),

during this time they changed their sunbeds to broken ones - zero. Probably, they stupidly forgot the towel in their attempts to score everything and everything. The beach itself is dirty only thanks to smokers - despite the everywhere placed urns and special pots for cigarette butts, there are 10 gobies on the beach per square meter. There is no other garbage. But still - no one thinks to sift the sand. The entrance to the sea is also problematic - an underwater ridge of stones, in some places more, in some places less, which each of us kissed several times. And no wonder - the waves, plus muddy water from the surf just in this place. The restaurant is large, there were practically no queues, they were fed at 4. There was always meat, the choice, however, was not rich - well, we all, in principle, liked it, we tried a lot of interesting things. Most salads are also quite edible, some even interesting. A lot of greenery, there were always fruits - grapes, pears, apples, peaches, figs.
The truth is not always ripe - you have to choose. The choice of dessert was small, there were no natural juices, empty trays with dishes were changed to full ones slowly. The waiters are normal guys, but they barely had time to clean up after the vacationers - the number of staff is clearly not enough. There is no bar on the beach - you had to walk to the territory. Beer is poured only into idiotic glasses of 150 ml, and in the neighbor's "four" right on the beach they pour into normal glasses of 400 ml - and every time, approaching the bar from the beach, once again "warmly" recalled the miserly owner. One consolation - the bar is open until 12 at night, and you can sit well with friends at the bar, on the sunbeds by the pool, or even on the grass in general - no one drives. The choice of alcohol is standard - beer, red and white wine, vodka, crayfish, gin. Feel free to bargain with the hotel tour guide - they can be moved around pretty well. Well, or buy a tour near the hotel. About guides' tales about non-valid medical insurance when stepping from them to the left,
and do not believe street scammers. On many tours you will find yourself side by side with those who bought a tour from a hotel guide, but much more expensive.
In general, the hotel did not disappoint, but did not surprise either - it's worth the money, although I'm unlikely to go to it a second time.
