The only thing that deserves 5 * in this hotel is the territory and interior design: the hotel is really new and looks good in the photos. Everything else is truly awful! We rested for a week with my mother and a child of 8 years. Before that, we were in Turkey 2 times, both were excellent (Kemer and Side), we were looking forward to new experiences, especially since this hotel was recommended by a trusted travel agency. We arrived at the place at 11 am, the settlement waited until 14-00. Those who left a large "bashish" at the reception checked in earlier, but a few minutes later stood in another queue - to change the room. They could not be helped in any way, since, apparently, there are simply no better rooms! So I do not advise leaving money: the result is also zero. We got a room overlooking the roof of the indoor pool with a piece of the sea and the tops of palm trees, but with a working air conditioner! True, there were only two beds, and as an extra. we were provided with a cot, but I immediately remembered the "golden childhood", because only in the nursery I slept on it for the last time! About nutrition. Even with a big interference, a place for eating cannot be called a restaurant: it is very reminiscent of a catering canteen of the 80s, and even then, thanks to the SES, we had more order, but here it is sheer unsanitary conditions: poorly washed dishes were set aside by vacationers and this foot exceeded the number clean plates, knives, forks and spoons ended 10 minutes after the opening of the restaurant, for fruits, dessert and meat dishes you had to queue for 10-15 minutes (once the child stood for watermelons as much as 40 ! . But, even if you succeeded successfully to get food, then they had to roam in search of a place to eat it! With such a shortage of seats, they managed to close some parts of the restaurant from tourists. Those who did not have the patience to wait with plates in the hands of a clean table were engaged in self-service: they themselves removed the dirty plates, shook off the leftover food from the tablecloth on the floor, turned it over to the other side and - bon appetit! So advice to those who still take the risk on this extreme vacation: immediately take bread or greens (they are in abundance here) and take a seat, and then - in line for everything else. The rooms were cleaned only for the first two days, and even then the cleaning was reduced to winding "swans" from the sheets and "aesthetic" putting our pajamas on the pillows. Towels were also changed only on these days, and they were only "given" to us in two pieces, according to the number of beds, apparently, those who sleep on a folding bed are not allowed, so I had to buy my plus beach ones at the nearby market, since beach ones are here issued "on bail" - 10 c. u. e. For some, they flew off the balconies during drying, and were picked up by "passers-by", so that the tourists who left the deposit were left without money and without a towel. Beach. Entry into the sea is normal only in a private place: opposite the last letter of the hotel name on the sign, we figured it out right away, so take the advice! In other places, there are clumsy stones, slabs and other rubbish, so there is a risk of injury. Sunbeds had to be borrowed from early in the morning, so if you like to sleep, then your place on the beach is on a towel spread on the sand that is not the first freshness. By the way, after a one-day storm, when some mud was washed ashore from the sea, a “subbotnik” was organized on the territory of the neighboring hotel - staff with a rake removed all the garbage in bags in half an hour. For 4 days, the garbage with the feet of tourists was driven back into the sea! In the pool, the water is so chlorinated that the smell of bleach even interrupts the smell of cakes, for which we also had to defend for at least an hour. Animation for children is good: the child went to the "discach" with pleasure, being afraid to miss at least one song, for adults - events around the pool during the strongest infrared solar radiation, well, this is already an amateur! Sorry for the long story, in general, I'm not a fan of leaving reviews on the Internet, but here, as they say, it hurt, and the rest of the vacationers agreed to put the whole truth about Arancia in the reviews, so I fulfilled my promise. I hope that my story will stop someone from going to this hotel. If you have a choice - just not "Arancia". Have a good holiday everyone!
