Greetings, my dear compatriots!
In short, I can say: - No need to go to Arancia. Just trust and choose another hotel, especially since in Turkey they are "Though a dime a dozen".
And for those who are interested in the details, I will try to state it without fines, I will only add a sense of humor, because without it the rest would have flown to Tartarary. I will not describe flights, flights - this has nothing to do with the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 9-30 in the morning, we were sent for breakfast, they said the room was being prepared. We heard from the reviews that the check-in is at 14-00, so we don’t demand anything, we go for breakfast and dutifully sit waiting for the resettlement. About an hour later they said the room was ready. We are escorted to the sixth floor and taken to the very end of a long corridor. We notice that it is terribly stuffy, but this is nonsense, the main thing is that the sun, the sea, etc. are already nearby.

We entered the room, were delighted with the view from the balcony (We saw everything why we were driving) and did not attach importance to the fact that this very balcony belongs not only to us. Later it turned out that our room was 2-room, and the door separates these rooms, which the resourceful Turks covered with a table. Our neighbors were not at home and it was a surprise for us later to find out that this is a Turkish family with three 2.5, 7 year old children. There is no need to describe all the charms of such a neighborhood with such audibility, and even with a common balcony. We notice a large yellow stain on the ceiling right under the air conditioner, show it to our receptionist, he, as usual, says with a smile: "No problem! ". We are still full of optimism and therefore, having handed him a couple of dollars, let the poor fellow go. We change clothes and go to get acquainted with the hotel. We find out that you need to take a beach towel in the sauna and make a $5 deposit. Nowhere have we met with this, but the rule is the rule, we return to the room for money.
But it wasn't there, the door wouldn't open. Okay, we go downstairs and explain the problem, we are told the magic "No problem! " and handed over the recoded keys. We rise, we go, stuffiness is more and more palpable with each campaign. We take money and buy towels, we are warned that if you want to refresh them, you will have to pay $ 1. We look at each other, laugh, try to shame them, but this does not cause any reaction in them. We came to the beach. I will say right away that this is the only place at the hotel that pleases. Unless, of course, you have to hunt for sunbeds. Day after day is not necessary, that is, there are free places, then no. They didn’t even try to lie down by the pool, everything was busy in the evening. No, if you get up like that at six o'clock, you might be lucky, but we didn't try. I am describing to you our first day, and so I return to our experiences. We had a night on the road, we didn’t really sleep on the plane or bus, and after swimming, we decide to go to rest.
We go up to the room and what do you think, it DOES NOT OPEN! ! ! Optimism and patience diminished, I had to spank at the reception. Fortunately, everything is in order with English, otherwise the staff somehow doesn’t speak Russian very well. Hooray! We are in the room, but here we understand that we won’t be able to sleep, since there are no pillows. Sometimes there are extras in the closet, but this story is not about this hotel. I found the maid VERY quickly, in my appearance she realized that there was no need to linger, and in two minutes we were the happy owners of "pillows". They turned on the condo and passed out. Woke up about an hour later from a strange sound. They began to look for the source and found it. It was raining from the yellow spot on the ceiling. The carpet was soaked with moisture and a musty rotten smell immediately appeared. Here we had a fit of hysterical laughter. We calmed down, sat down and agreed that no scrapes could ruin our vacation. Luckily we only had one week.
During these seven days, we still had to hunt for forks, plates, places on the beach, call the split-system master every day and change the bins where the water was collected. They never put water in the refrigerator, but we ourselves took it from the magic cart. I can not ignore the wallpaper, partially pasted in the bathroom. The photo shows a greasy spot on the wall - this is the place where towels should hang. We were afraid to even approach him. The entire hall of the first floor is in artificial colors on which the dust is visible to the naked eye. And in general, we got the impression that all the management is on a long vacation, and all the staff are enjoying the moment and having fun. Here is such a "five".

We got to the hotel by accident, two days before the vacation, plans for family reasons changed dramatically and we had no choice, this was the only offer and the only time when the hotel was not chosen in advance.
We love Turkey! No "Zasransiya" will change our minds. The sea, as always, was warm, the sun was hot, the tan was excellent. You just have to choose the right hotels. Have a good holiday everyone! ! !
