1) I arrived at the hotel around 6 am. Settled immediately, did not give any money - why? spend too little time in the room. The hotel consists of two buildings: high-rise and 3-storey type in the yard. They put me in a 3 storey building. As the hotel manager later said, rooms in a high-rise building are better. From the room you could see almost everything: the dining room on the street, and the reception, and the sea, and the pool, and animation. I am more than sure that many would be indignant: fi, constant noise, smells of food, and even the sun shines through the windows in the morning. It should be easier)) And do not spoil your mood initially. The room is small, it can be seen that there was a recent renovation, everything is clean, in the bathroom there is a shower, hairdryer, conder worked properly. The rooms are cleaned by men, every day asking about the need for cleaning. Linen and towels are changed at will, I think they were clean every day)).
2) The territory of the hotel is quite decent. In my opinion, the neighboring 5 * is smaller. The first line, an alley of paving stones leads to the sea. Green lawns on both sides. On the one hand - a playground and a box for playing tennis, on the other - a snack bar and gazebos overlooking the beach and the sea. There were always enough sun loungers on the beach, even though the hotel was full. Mattresses for free. I think everyone had their own towels. Beach sand, near the sea - pebbles. Personally, I was not bothered by the lack of slippers. Who needs - you can buy at the hotel in the store. Paths and lawns on the territory were washed with a hose every day, all the garbage left by tourists was promptly removed.
3) The contingent of the hotel: mostly Turks, a few Germans, Russians and citizens of the former USSR. So if you do not organically digest the Turks, you do not need to go here in order to avoid later "terrible" stories about malicious harassment.

Personally, I liked to relax surrounded by Turks more than with Russians on the "Olynclusive". Well, it's a matter of taste.
4) Hotel staff - Turks, Kurds. Most people know the right set of phrases in Russian or English. There are also excellent Russian speakers. In general, there will be no problems with communication. No one imposes their attention, they communicate, serve promptly. Farukh - restaurant manager, Volokan or Vulkan - hotel manager - nice, but cunning guys).
5) Food: of course, in comparison with 5 * - the variety is less. Lots of greens, vegetables, cheeses, snacks in general. For lunch for hot 2 types of meat, rice, stewed vegetables, soups, sometimes fish. For dinner, be sure to grill - fish, meat, chicken. Large selection of sweets, both Turkish and all sorts of biscuit cakes. Fruits are always: watermelons, plums, peaches, oranges, apples. I have never eaten at the snack bar - I don't know the assortment. Bars with alcohol near the pool and in the restaurant.
6) Animation: I was lucky, a good team of animators arrived a couple of days before my arrival. In this hotel for the season they were 3 or 4 already. The guys managed to stir up and rally the vacationers)) Fun from 10 am to 10 pm. Almost every day they were taken to discos in Alanya. Children were also engaged throughout the day, although it may not be too active and varied. Disco at the hotel is also there, but not impressed. The basement is very hot. By the way, the hammam is in the same place.
In general: relax and do not be distracted by trifles. The hotel is worth the money. IMHO)
