Отель очень разочаровал, никому не посоветую Very disappointing hotel, would not recommend to anyone

Traveled with my husband in early October. The hotel was chosen on the basis that in Alanya at this time the warmest. It was the first time in Turkey, before that we went to Egypt several times. I never thought that a chain hotel with four stars could be so bad! We arrived at the hotel at 12 am, so that we could check in faster - they put $ 20 in the passport. This was superfluous, because in the end the room where we were eventually settled two hours later was in a terrible state. The air conditioner was leaking, water was flowing from it along the wall, the carpet near the door was wet and smelled of dampness. When we went to the reception with a request to change the room, we were told that there were no more rooms available, and they could not do anything. Deciding not to spoil their vacation, they returned to the room to unpack things. Turning on the air conditioner, we realized that there was no sense in it, it only hummed and drove warm air. The windows in the room are old, there is no sound insulation, so everything that happens near the pool can be heard wonderfully in the room, before the evening disco ended, it was not possible to fall asleep. For some reason, instead of a sheet, there is some kind of dark bedding on the bed. . She was hiding, for me personally, it was not very pleasant. The hotel area is small. In a restaurant, in order to take meat or grilled fish for dinner, I had to stand in line for 30 minutes. I was very struck by the faces of the waiters, I didn’t see anyone smiling, everyone was gloomy. When fruit was taken out, our compatriots often came up with bags and "imperceptibly" hid a dozen apples or pears in a bag : ) so the plate of fruit sold out very quickly. I would rate the food at three, little meat, fish, monotonous menu. On the first day, going into the sea, I hit my leg, because there were stones in the water. The beach was not clean, there were algae on the shore, no one cleaned them. But, it was possible to walk 300 meters to the right, cross the concrete passage, and excellent beaches of neighboring hotels began there. We went there to swim, although you can’t lie on sunbeds there. The only plus of the hotel, in my opinion, is that a street with numerous shops and cafes began across the road. I recommend buying souvenirs there, as it is very expensive at the airport. In general, I want to hope that in the future I will not meet such "wonderful" hotels anymore : ). Maybe if you were abroad for the first time, you would have liked the hotel, but when you have something to compare with, you understand that the hotel loses in all respects.
