Just returned from Paradise! This is the most enchanting holiday, which was for five years of visiting hospitable Turkey, its different regions and different star hotels. And this Paradise was created, first of all, thanks to a mega-team of animators who created the holiday, starting at 10 am and ending late in the evening! ! ! ! ! ! ! " The guides on the excursions are quite decent, the level of information is good, especially the Turkish guide (despite the difficulties with the Russian language). There is only one store on the territory and VERY expensive, it's easier to go to the shops, crossing the road. Sauna - like a sauna. Prices for massages are higher than in a nearby spa. Internet is like in the 90s on a 286m computer - gets stuck, hangs, slows down, you can somehow improve it a little by coming early in the morning or at lunch hour. Almost all doors have broken or restored locks from various spare parts. There are stains on the flooring in the corridors. During the stay observed the origin of these spots - vomit. I was amazed that none of the staff tried to clean it up, and it dried up, another stain appeared. The furniture is a little broken, but tolerable. We ordered rooms 2po2, but settled in a family room at the end of the building on the 3rd floor, two balconies. Safe for a fee. The view from the room to the sea and the pools is beautiful. The air conditioner is supposedly central, but the function in our room was missing in both rooms, the fans were rattling. An attempt to make a claim ran into yet another ignorance of the Russian language. I had to live with open balconies - mosquitoes were very happy, along with beautiful large cockroaches. Cleaning (or its visibility) only after the dollar. There are sewage problems throughout the hotel. From time to time, staff walks around with bottles of fragrance. Something flowed from the ceiling in the dining room - basins stood for two days. The staff is indifferent. The lack of understanding of Russian before receiving the dollar looks very contrasting, and quite a decent understanding after receiving it. Please help with a jammed lock in the bathroom at eight o'clock in the evening, by ten o'clock at the reception they said that the master was told, wait. Spat opened himself. The service in the bars is calm and comfortable. To food without pretensions, I'm not picky. Juices only from concentrates. I don't drink beer. Wine - they could not even find out from the staff what it is, exactly it. The family lost some weight, which made everyone happy. There were no health problems. The water in the sea is excellent in the morning, it becomes cloudy in the afternoon, there are layers of clay under the sand, the beach is cramped. On the left, now for the new hotel, there is a freshly poured pier next to it. Lots of algae. At the entrance to the sea, a strip of stones, then sand. Tolerable. Umbrellas, sunbeds for free, had to borrow in the morning, thoroughly shabby. Animators work - I respect it, it is difficult to work with people (the program is the same, they took out brains in 10 days). Children's competitions and the Day of the hotel - the presentation of the staff - brought some variety. The condition of the hotel clearly characterizes the tennis court in front of the main entrance - a rusty gate, a torn VOLLEYBALL net, and I really wanted to play. The presence of a double water slide saved the mood of the children, although only one worked, saving. The different color of the water is visible even in advertising shots. In 10 days the pools were never cleaned. The rest was a success because we are not picky and as a family it’s good for us in tents, swearing and demanding something - nerves are more expensive, but FOR EXACTLY THE SAME MONEY in Phuket there was a complete “sabai”, there is something to compare. The hotel does not correspond to the declared 4 stars and close. Take another hotel or change country.

Thirdly, room cleaning was limited to changing towels and taking out the trash can! About the catering department, this is finally a separate topic, what is proudly called "RESTAURANT", IN REALLY THE USSR DINING ROOM! The windows are dirty, the filthy curtains hang like rags, there is no ventilation, the food stinks disgustingly! Well, it is clear that our compatriots ate all the most edible in the first 30 minutes, then only vegetables and side dishes remained. There is simply NO late dinner, stated in the announcement! The playground consists of a swing and a slide, it is located in the bushes, well, for kids up to three years old, it’s still suitable. And one more of the most important - THERE IS STEALING! THEY STEAL FROM THE SAFE, because it does not have a combination lock, but simply locks with a key, a duplicate from the servants !! ! 500 bucks was stolen from our friend and no one was worried about it, neither the manager, nor the hotel guide, everyone shrugged, they say, well, what can you do now... ! Yes, there is a disco next to the hotel, the music is playing at full power, until 5 in the morning, and even with a closed balcony it is difficult to sleep. There are only Russians, Ukrainians and Turks in the hotel, not a single German, etc. In general, the hotel is a typical "treshechka". It would be honest "three stars" - I would not write anything, but for that kind of money - rather weak. Believe me, this is not nit-picking, I have been resting in Turkey for many years and I know what I am writing about. Although the location of the hotel is excellent, it would be in good hands!

Only by knowing 2-3 languages it was possible to understand the meaning of what he said! But, when he held water aerobics - there was a full pool for those who wanted to! Their buses are excellent - comfortable and air-conditioned, the drivers do not drive, the maximum speed is -90 km / h, the buses have an automatic speed limiter. Guides work well, no complaints about them. We drove from the airport to the hotel in 1.5 hours with one stop for 15 minutes. The bus stops at a supermarket, where everything is expensive, for example, 1 liter of Coca-Cola costs $ 6, and in a hotel or market 1.5 liters = $ 2. Therefore, it is better to wait for the destination. We arrived at the hotel at 20:30 pm. As we were told that we were late for dinner, although everywhere it is indicated that dinner is until 21:00 and that now we will have to wait for the evening soup, which will be only at 23:00. , but stupid because the air conditioner could not cope with such an area, it did not cool well and after a few days it began to constantly drip onto the coating. In the room, you can hide on the beds only with a bedspread (and it is not known if they were ever washed or not), there are no sheets for this, we asked the reception to issue an extra sheet, at least for the child, in order to cover him with something at night. We were refused this, explaining that there were not enough sheets and that in general they have one washing machine working because the other one broke down. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every day. By the way, magnetic key cards work disgustingly, we got demagnetized on the 4th day, they left the room for the sea, and when they arrived, they could not open the door with a card, I had to ask for a key. Now about food. The food is very monotonous, there is really nothing to feed a 2-year-old child, for the entire stay there was once semolina porridge and then wooden. Every morning -9 days eggs-eggs-boiled eggs or in the form of an omelet. I tried muesli and all sorts of cereals, they were not tasty at all. I want to immediately note that I am not a picky person in food, so I try to be objective. There are a lot of vegetables - cabbage, pepper, greenfinch, cucumbers and tomatoes of this in bulk, but you still can’t get enough of them without hot. It is impossible to eat salads, sometimes sour, sometimes bitter, and you don’t understand at all which ones. For lunch and dinner, mostly pasta and rice, semi-finished products such as nagens and steaks, few potatoes, there was mashed potatoes once, there were always queues for pancakes, once they baked cakes - again stand in line, once they gave grapes and apricots, soups also eat them impossible. There was even such a thing - what was not eaten at lunch, then put up for dinner. I went to complain to reception. It turned out I was not the only one, they said the measures were taken, the management was aware. The next day, the meat appeared in the form of boiled chicken pieces in vegetables, and roast - if you don’t come for lunch by 12:30, you will be hungry, because normal food is immediately sorted out and no longer laid out. People from hunger grab like savages - apricots, cakes and watermelons. For all 10 days, I ate well only 1 time, and my child constantly went half-starved, because he doesn’t eat almost everything presented. I had to buy him porridge and breed it already in the restaurant. The hotel is not at all like 4 * in terms of food or service, most likely 3 with a stretch, only the 1st line saves, the beach and the warm sea. There is no animation for children during the day, and in general they have a mini-club on the minus 1 floor, next to the sauna, where it is constantly damp, and as it turned out, it is closed because the animator left and there is no other. The playground is very small - a plastic slide and two hinged swings - this is the whole playground, and there is also a sewer manhole on it, from which there is a constant smell, you know what. So ladies and gentlemen, take pity on your strength, health, nerves, children and money, and choose some other hotel, albeit a little more expensive and a little further, but better. And by the way, the territory is not as big as they write about it everywhere. When choosing a hotel, pay attention to food - this is not unimportant.
