They were waiting for vacation. We chose Q Premium Resort 5 *. The pictures on the internet were great. We've arrived. We settled in a room whose windows overlook the stairs in the inner foyer minus the first floor. Not to breathe, not to look at the sun. Neither for dollars, nor for requests to change the number - the staff did not respond. The next day after a sleepless stuffy night, I promised to spend the next night on the couch near the reception. Gave money - gave another number. It seemed that our troubles were over. The sea was super, the animation was on the level, the cleaning was done well. On the third day, they were poisoned by cakes. Considering that we ate only at the hotel, we can’t sin for anything else. Been sick for two days. And regarding the restaurant - weak, meager and unconvincing. What is Ultra AL here. Sorry Premium - disappointed. The combination of dusty old gray bouquets imitating orchids, failed sofas with marble black and white decor elements in the lobby immediately make a repulsive impression.
