We rested at the hotel on 26.04-01.05 2018. The hotel was recommended to us by the agency with my husband and a small child. Not cheap if you count the period. Arrived at the hotel at 11.00, settled within an hour. The rooms are nice (at first glance) and overall the hotel looks inviting. But there were so many minuses that I don’t even know what annoyed me the most. But in order:
1. Cleaning of rooms, toilets, territory - very weak. On the very first day of cleaning, we accidentally left 14 euros and a few Moldovan lei on the table, but they were not there when we arrived. The cleaning lady took them as a tip. We didn’t like it, we went to the reception, they laughed at us, but in the end they returned the money. (I believe that they give tea in person or in a special envelope, but simply taking it from the table in your room is theft. ) Probably because of this, our room was not cleaned - they only brought extra paper and shampoo.
The toilets in the hotel look good and smell good only in the morning, then they are forgotten about.
2. Meals - we didn’t go hungry, but there were very few dishes and in the end we got tired at all. They said the season opened recently and on this. From fruits only oranges and apples. Only at the end did they start serving strawberries in portions.
3. Animation is rather weak - every day is the same, especially the children's disco. On the third day, I was already sick of the same songs and even repeated phrases and jokes.
4. The beach is rocky and poorly equipped. Vacationers yearned sunbeds back and forth. There were always not enough places (and this is at the beginning of the season)
5. Staff attitudes - you are CONSTANTLY hinted at a tip. And they pester you all the time very intrusively with paid services. And in hamann pester with massage, peeling and all possible procedures. And they get out by the pool with photo shoots (I was approached six times). If you want something - pay, if you want to pay, if you don't want anything, give me tea.
And in general, attitudes towards your problems are rude and not understanding.
