I have a rest in Turkey not for the first time, I was in triples and fives, but this is the first time!! ! The hotel is not 5 stars at all, as promised. We talked with local residents and guides, according to them, this is no longer 5 *, but 4 *. The owner of the hotel has another nearby, Ruby Platinum, which is a real five-star. In general, according to the locals, the owner is very greedy, so as you understand, the renovation of Ruby Hotel was already in 2001!!!!
Basically, let's go point by point:
1. Hotel
Receptionist looks good. The snack bar is pretty nice too, especially since the view is towards the sea. There are 2 swimming pools: indoor and outdoor, as well as children. Elevators: in block B, the capacity is about 4 people, in block A, in general, about 3, and this is the maximum, so you’ll wait for it.

In the beginning, there were no signs of trouble. They seemed to be welcomed. Before check-in, they offered to go to have breakfast and go to the sea. During this time, we gave the passport so that they would make copies and fill out the documents. By my own stupidity, I left money (10 euros) in the back of the passport case, I didn’t think that they could be stolen in a five-star hotel. Before settling, they administrators gave us passports, but there is no money there. When I asked where they were, they told me we didn't know anything. This is very upsetting.
2. Numbers
The hotel is divided into 2 blocks: A and B. Block B is located across the road from the sea and its prices are naturally lower. We booked a hotel in block A. Upon arrival, we were told that there were no empty rooms in block A, they say, spend the night in block B. And they say so to everyone.
We still asked to be settled in block A, in the end we were given a room for employees (learned from one employee), where it was wildly damp, the air conditioner barely worked.
At the reception they brought me to tears while they went to find out and asked to be settled in a normal room. They told me to come the next day at 11:00, which we did.
As a result, we were settled in exactly the same room, only the air conditioner worked more or less normally and the view was on palm trees and I don’t understand where.
Talked to other visitors and everyone absolutely complains about the rooms. My furniture in the village looks better than there.
Bathrooms are small and dark.
The only thing was that the rooms were cleaned quite well.
3. Restaurants and drinks, food
There is a restaurant where the main meals are held. Its plus: it has a terrace overlooking the sea. Tablecloths are often stained, napkins are one per person, you have to constantly ask the waiters to bring them.
There is a lot of food, but the same type. We were pleased with the presence of a frying zone, where various goodies were constantly cooked: for breakfast, scrambled eggs and pancakes, for lunch - nothing, for dinner - they fried meat, fish, and made delicious pasta.
For breakfast, there are always cheeses and sausages, yogurts, jams, muffins, vegetables, fruits, cereals, eggs, etc. I was pleased with the presence of a grill in the morning, where you can make sandwiches.
For lunch, there are also vegetables, monotonous salads, meat side dishes, desserts. Everything is as usual. Of all, it was lunch that was the most meager in the choice of food.

Dinner is always varied, delicious, I was just waiting for them. Sweets and meats were very good.
also on the territory, near the sea and the pool, there is a snack bar, where there is an area with teas and coffee and, so to speak, a fast food area. Muffins and cookies are taken out to the first zone at a certain time, french fries, nuggets, grilled meat, pizzas, etc. are taken out to the second zone.
A woman is sitting on the beach preparing pita bread with various fillings.
All drinks are brought by the waiters, but in the restaurant you can pour yourself juices, teas and coffee; in the snack bar too, except for juices. plus there is a place on the beach where you can drink ayran and juices. Water is provided in the room, and it is also available on the beach and in the snack bar. But again, you can always ask the waiters for any drinks.
4. Animations
They just didn't exist. On the beach, apparently because of the waves, nothing was done. Around the pool too. In the evening, sometimes live music played and there was a small dance floor, but NOTHING else. There is of course an area for children where they can ride on a swing and draw. This is where the entertainment at the hotel ends.
5. Beach
Clean, don't litter. But. . . The sun loungers are constantly in the sand, the workers do not want to work at all, I had to take the brush myself and clean my sunbed (do not forget that we were promised a five-star hotel). the only thing the beach workers do is collect these sunbeds in the evening, pull them back in the morning, and wash the sand from the stairs.
What else to say. . . the hotel is really not a five star. He's somewhere between a three and a four. The most terrible thing is that many who have a rest there have such an impression of the hotel (you can always hear it was during some meal how they also do not like the hotel)
