We have been staying at this hotel since August 26th. Two adults and a 4 year old. They took block A, I wanted it near the sea. We arrived at the hotel at 19:00. They settled right away, but in a closet with a view of the air conditioners, from which there was an eerie roar, in conjunction with the noise from the road. Earlier in the reviews we read about such a settlement, so we immediately asked for another room. They promised. They asked me to come in the next morning. But when we got to the reception. They asked me to wait another day. I didn’t want to scandalize and spoil my vacation, but my mood dropped a little. But the sea lifted him up. Clean and warm. The next day we were given a really completely different room with a sea view. Why all the troubles of the past settlement instantly disappeared. As it turned out, this room is preliminary, in which mostly Russians are accommodated (according to questions from tourists). And almost everyone is resettled in 1-2 days (in the majority). The rooms themselves in building A are somewhat old, but clean. In many rooms of building A, the air conditioning system does not work well (again, according to vacationers). We were lucky - everything worked and we could enjoy the delights of cool air. Cleaning was daily, there are no complaints. We made swans several times - it was nice.
Regarding the restaurant. The food was quite varied. We were 10 days, so I didn’t have time to get bored with the diet. They even gave me lamb. Although basically, as we understood, this is a menu for local Turks, of whom there were quite a lot in the hotel. Drinks, as read in other reviews, are very reminiscent of the old UPI. Probably some kind of concentrate. It was felt. There were many fruits. They even carried huge watermelons to the beach. The pastry was great! We visited the Ala Carte restaurant once. It was great, but the free menu was not particularly varied. So the second time did not want to go.
The staff is friendly enough. Although the local - a clear preference. Probably a tribute to the culture of the East. About the cleanliness of the restaurant. In general, everything was in order, although there were several times not quite washed cups and plates.

About the beach. The beach was relatively clean, but not without some cigarette butts. The local Turks were especially annoyed, for whom this blue flag is just a rag. They smoked and threw cigarette butts right into the sand, although there are a lot of trash cans on the beach! Uboka in the form of combing with a rake was everyday. Places on the beach were almost until lunch. But if you want to take the best ones (under the canopy of a restaurant or near the sea), you need to get up and come by 7-00-7-30, and we didn’t feel any problems with accommodation. Umbrellas, yes, straw, do not protect very well from the sun, so many threw towels on top. But we adapted under the canopy of the restaurant (a concrete slab protrudes onto the beach below). Almost until the evening you can not think about the scorching sun. The entry into the sea is simply amazing. Sand. No complaints - everything is great! The water is very warm and clear. Nowhere before where we rested (South Coast, Bulgaria) did not meet this. The weather was fine too. Clear and sunny throughout the holiday.
About entertainment. The hotel offers bowling, darts, beach volleyball and water gymnastics. I liked volleyball more, there was always a decent team to play. Genet - water gymnastics.
Animation in the hotel is rather weak, as they wrote before. But the hotel administration offered entertainment to guests almost every day. There was also live music in the form of a local rock and blues band. I really liked it - well done guys, they tried! They invited a professional dancer - belly dance. We saw it for the first time, so we were impressed. A local dancer came, in my opinion bandurki. His performance was most impressive. Very impressive! We also saw Turkish clowns - it was interesting. In general, we personally have never been particularly bored. Although everyone has their own opinion on this matter.
About the noise from discos. Our windows overlooked the edge of the beach bar, but there was no rumble or noise.
Separately, I would like to mention excursions. Near the hotel around the corner and in Alanya itself there are a lot of agencies with signs "Russian Agency", etc. I would like the tourists who come here to refrain from traveling with them. We fell for their bait and got a completely different product for which we paid (a Turkish guide who does not speak Russian well, does not know anything except where the local oligarchs and their mistresses live, a rather old bus, etc. ). Therefore, we strongly do not recommend contacting them - deceit and rip-off at every turn.
About the Internet. The hotel has wifi, but it was not possible to connect to it due to a weak signal, despite the fact that we walked all over the hotel. Knowledgeable people said that the connection is better at night, but we did not check this.

Regarding children's entertainment - there was a children's disco every other day and plastic slides in the backyard of the hotel (I don't think there is a children's pool), we also saw an always empty children's room. They didn’t see anyone to leave the child with, and they didn’t want to. In general, for children in the hotel, the only entertainment was their parents : )
Good luck to everyone and have a good rest!
