We checked into the hotel on June 22.2019. From the airport by bus 3 hours. We stopped on the way to the shopping center where we stood for about an hour. Of course, it was not very clear to everyone why tourists who were tired after the flight should be taken for shopping, well, that’s how it is with them.
The problems mentioned in most of the reviews appeared immediately. Five of us were settled in a room in building A. The girl at the reception advertised the room and gave the keys. And indeed the room was good, with a sea view, with a huge balcony for several rooms, clean, with an excellent bathroom, but. . . 3 bed.
At the reception, the girl was very unhappy with our pickiness), suggesting some kind of tricky number exchange system: she offered us to check in at the 5-bed room indicated on the ticket, but with the proviso that this room is not very good, and we will be very sorry that agreed to it, and after I asked for the keys to look, there was an answer that the key to another room is given only when leaving the first one, and inspection is not provided. But even such a number, as it turned out after our consent to the move, is not there either.

The cunning girl nevertheless yielded to persistent requests and gave for a day the keys to another room with two beds with a beautiful view of the wall and a balcony under the window, but someone else's, because the door to exit from our room was not provided. But in the evening it was possible to watch how drunk neighbors enjoy their rest in front of our window on the balcony, and to breathe cigarette smoke penetrating into the room even through closed windows.
The next day, our guide Nadya from the Pegas company had to connect to the replacement of the number, and we got it with a bang. 5-bed 2-room suite in building B overlooking the pool. So thanks to the Pegas representatives for their assistance in obtaining the room we paid for. And also thanks to Nadia for an inexpensive trip to the hammam (only $ 15 per person, although vacationers traveled from other hotels for $ 20-25), and also thanks, but already in quotation marks, for never coming on time when made an appointment because she forgot to order a transfer for us to go shopping, and did not return our tourist voucher after asking us to reserve seats on the plane for a fee, which, by the way, was not done either.
Special thanks to the PEGAS company: on the plane, instead of the pancakes we ordered, the children, which they themselves chose, received dumplings. And as the flight attendants did not assure that such replacements were in the order of things and dumplings were tastier than pancakes, well, they did not persuade the upset children, and took the dumplings back.
About food at the hotel: opinions were divided, everything suited my wife, but she adhered to the post. The children would like something meaty, the chicken that was given was not tasty, but sausage and soy meat. And I'm not used to the taste of vegetables cooked in the hotel. From fruits, delicious watermelons and oranges. There are delicious pastries. Fish 2-3 times a week, but you have to stand in line for a bit. Whoever wants to take food to their room, no one interferes with this.
Beach: common, with paid sunbeds, 30 meters wide, limited to the left and right by rock slabs. There are many swimmers. There are large stones at the bottom. The sea is clean, snorkeling with pleasure.
