The manager at the HAM bar is incredible, he does not adequately respond to elementary requests and questions. The animators are "dead", all the days I watched them in the bar for a cup of coffee, and not with the people for whom they should work! We entertained ourselves .....And here it was not without adventures - on bare enthusiasm, my guys and I gathered people to play with the ball in the pool ...

Outraged, we turned to the hotel manager, to which he replied that there was enough food in the hotel and he did not understand why this was happening ....Do you think anything has changed after the conversation? ? ?
