I rested at the end of September alone for 10 days. Of the pluses, a lot of acquaintances with people from different cities, a lot of interesting and fun communication. This is the only plus, thanks to which it was possible to endure everything that was happening in this hotel.
Cleaning - at best, they will wipe the floors and lay out a blanket on the bed in the form of a butterfly, this is a hint of a tip. Plumbing was not washed even 1 time in 10 days. The faucet in the washbasin even turned black, because the water in Turkey is bad, and here it also smells terribly of bleach. There is a thick layer of dust on TV and furniture, I wiped it myself. Bed linen was never changed! You have to ask for a change of towels, if you don't ask, they won't change it. Cleaning did not reach the balcony at all.
The hotel room itself is good, the furniture is new. The air conditioner worked fine.

The food is normal. Soups do not know how to cook, either the taste of flour or sourness. The rest, everyone has different tastes, it makes no sense to list. 1 time was beef, 1 time fish, 8 days chicken. Beer is just non-alcoholic water. In general, there are no problems with food.
The animation was good, belly dance and much more, all the artists tried!!
There are no complaints about the state of the hotel, food, animation. But the staff that serves all this, works at the lowest level !!! ! A lot of rudeness and malicious looks from the restaurant and bar staff. In the restaurant where you eat, more or less 2-3 people will smile at you, the rest with stone faces, sometimes they were rude, hurried. And in the bar they just look with hatred when you ask to pour at least 50 grams of alcohol !!!
In the evenings, most tourists go to the bar. ATTENTION: the concept of the hotel is 1 glass in hand and strong alcohol at the bottom of the paper cup! It's not even 50 ml, but 20-25!! ! You ask for more, you catch an evil look, they don’t speak Russian and barely understand it. I had to walk many times from the table to the bar and back, as if running errands. They complained to the reception, the manager, the chief administrator, they called the hotline on the voucher - EVERYTHING IS USELESS!! ! They just don’t add to the impudent! But people paid for a ticket - "All Inclusive", which means - NO LIMITS on the amount of ANY LOCAL ALCOHOL during the bar's opening hours - from 10 am to 12 am. Some bartenders ask for tips. He says: "Give me $ 5, pour as much as you want. " My friends gave a tip, poured it 2 times normally, then everything was the same as before.
One bartender was told sharply - "Yes, pour it already, you're fine! " He turned green with anger, turned the bottle of vodka over the glass and poured until the vodka poured onto the bar!! ! Complained, he was not even punished!!!
People!! ! This is what's going on!??? ? Those who write good reviews, don't you see anything? I understand that I want to have a good rest, not paying attention to the bad. Well, you can’t allow yourself to wipe your feet for your money !!!

I rested in Turkey in another hotel, there was nothing like it! As much alcohol as you say, they will pour as much and even more than you ask! And here, like beggars, we stood at the bar, although we paid a lot of money for a ticket !!!
Yes, the Turks just weld on us, save alcohol !! ! And people are silent, and if they are silent, then it is possible to become impudent further!
Those who wrote good reviews, either teetotalers or ulcers or for the first time in Turkey, do not understand that they are being pricked.
All this often spoiled the mood, but communication with wonderful people - tourists from different parts of Russia saved me !!!! ! Thank you compatriots for a very good company!!! !
