The hotel is after renovation, everything is clean, brand new, but there are both pluses and minuses.
Pros:
1. Location - very convenient. Near the hotel there are shops MM Migros, Shock, Bim, shopping center Alanium (on foot 35 minutes walk, by bus 2.202 - 5 minutes), there is also a smaller Migros and a post office next to this store. There are also 2 pharmacies from the hotel to the left. On Thursdays there is a market right next to the hotel.
2. Closely located public transport stops. Buses 1.101 go to the center (it is better to pay with a bank card with Wi-Fi or a telephone (3.2 Turkish lira one way)), it takes about 10 minutes to go.
3. Hotel format 16 + - no children in the hotel.
4. The hotel staff (almost all) understands Russian, English. Everyone is very polite and friendly. I haven't noticed any downsides in dealing with tourists.

5. Everywhere in the hotel and on the territory there are disinfectants and, in general, the territory is cleaned often and well. At lunch and dinner, the temperature was measured. There are free masks.
6. The territory of the hotel. Security point at the entrance to the hotel. Well-groomed green area. There are enough sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool for everyone. There is a lifeguard at the pool. There is no lifeguard on the beach.
7. Rooms with balconies (almost all with sea views). The balcony is good because neither you see your neighbor nor he sees you (there are also 2 chairs and a glass table). Everything you need was and worked: hair dryer, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning (long noisy air conditioning unit on the balcony), free safe. There is no shampoo shelf in the shower. Incorrect slope of the tiles in the shower, the water does not drain well. Cleaning almost every day. Towels were changed regularly. In the evening there was noise from the animation, but not critical, you can sleep. I took earplugs with me.
8. Nutrition. Always varied, special thanks to the chef. Everything behind the glass, the tourists observed the queue. Every day different types of meat, fish. They gave chicken, lamb, veal, turkey. Separately, side dishes, sliced vegetables, Turkish sweets, fruits. One day for dinner there were shrimp, mussels, squid. Nobody went hungry. There were queues for breakfast, one employee works until 7.30. The restaurant staff work like bees, well done, everything is delicious and efficient. Each table has individual paper napkins and packed cutlery. In addition to the main restaurant, there is a snack bar near the pool.
9. Alcohol - high-quality, delicious cocktails. The beach bar is non-alcoholic.

10. Beach in the form of a lagoon. All beaches in Turkey are public. The hotel has its own area with a bar and deck chairs. 5 minutes walk from the hotel (there is an underground and ground crossing (it's a whole problem to walk along the overhead crossing, almost none of the drivers stops)). The umbrellas on the beach are quite old. There were no mattresses for the sunbeds. The beach is clean and cleaned. Garbage pots around so that tourists do not scatter garbage. They made sure that tourists did not occupy sunbeds in advance.
Minuses:
1. We were not very lucky with the first number, we had to deal with this situation the next day. By dinner we moved to a room on the 5th floor. The air conditioning units are very noisy (the air conditioners are quite old).
2. There are no changing cabins and toilets on the beach. If everyone decides to rush to the beach, then there are not enough sunbeds and umbrellas for everyone. A couple of times we noticed that the sunbeds are not occupied by hotel guests.
3. Of the two elevators, one works for 4 people.
About the hotel guide: help from him - zero! Help yourself - that's the motto for a tourist!
From our tour operator "Pegas" we went on a sightseeing tour of Alanya for $ 29. Many shops during the tour with overpriced times five times. To get acquainted with Alanya, in general, good. I won't repeat for sure.
Near the Damlatas cave there is a funicular for lifting and walking independently through the territory of the fortress of Alanya (round-trip ticket on the funicular - 33 Turkish lira).
The hotel is recommended for relaxation. Solid four!
