We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The room was in terrible condition: the full-length mirrors were broken, there was mold on the walls, and the musty smell was so strong it felt like you were in a basement. It was simply unpleasant to be in the room.
The conditions promised on the website were not actually provided. For example, the website stated that the hotel had Wi-Fi, but upon check-in, we discovered it was a $25 per person fee. When we asked why the website stated something different, we were told it was supposedly out of date. But then why hasn't it been corrected yet?
The towels were clearly unwashed, and there was no soap in the room. The service and condition of the room completely failed to live up to the stated conditions.
For this kind of money, we expected at least basic cleanliness and decent living conditions. Ultimately, we were completely disappointed and felt like they didn't care about their guests at all. We do not recommend this hotel.
