Антисанитария! Unsanitary conditions!

I highly recommend this hotel! It's a 5-star hotel, not a hotel.

Pros: Working air conditioning, powerful hair dryer, large closet and comfortable pillow, good location. That's all there is to it.

Cons:
Check-in and deception: First, you're forced into horrible, moldy rooms 104 and 106, next to a stinking kitchen crawling with huge cockroaches. They demand $50 for relocation, even though the official fee is $30 everywhere.

Service and cleaning: A complete mess. Upon check-in, the cleaning staff threw all my personal belongings and expensive body lotion in the trash (I had to get them out with a bang) because reception didn't acknowledge my early check-in.

Towels and toilet paper have to be fought for 2-3 days. They only provide one towel per family.


Unsanitary conditions in the kitchen: Dishes, glasses, and forks are dirty, with food residue. The cleaner simply rinses them with cold water without soap, and the oven doesn't work for disinfection. The dining room floor is perpetually covered in puddles and dirt. The mayonnaise salads are sour and stale.
The $28 internet in the rooms doesn't work at all (I got my money back after a scandalous exchange with the tax office). The water in the shower is always cold. The underpass to the beach has a deep puddle; you have to walk on a plank.
Beach: The hotel's free zone is full of broken and torn sun loungers, which tourists constantly fight over.

Don't trust the paid bloggers (especially Vyacheslav Zobov). Management doesn't care about complaints. The hotel is a complete dump and unsanitary!
