I have been vacationing in Turkey for 4 years, but this is the first time in such a hotel.
The hotel only in 2007 received four stars, but as it was a three-ruble note, it remained.
The food is very scarce. In addition, there is not enough food for all vacationers, you need to come to the restaurant exactly at 19-00 so that you have enough. Chefs obviously do not count food on the number of vacationers. The food itself does not shine with variety, there is very little meat, there is no variety in salads at all, I generally keep quiet about the sweet table, it’s just no, it’s not possible to eat. I want to. In general, the food was just terrible. The bar gives one drink in hand, if you come with a company, then everyone will go for drinks on their own. They will simply not allow you to bring something from the bar to another person. Some kind of nonsense. Everyone constantly quarrels with the bartender because of this.
The rooms are old. In the first building, they allegedly made repairs (they inserted plastic windows and changed the floor covering), everything, the entire repair. In the second building, they didn’t even do that. It’s impossible to sleep there at all, you can hear the disco, the walls are cracking. And if you are also with a child, then forget about sleep.
The room is cleaned every 3 days. Sometimes they just come in to change the towel and that's it. I rested for 14 days, bed linen was changed once. And this is in 4 *.
The area is small but green. The pool is small and the water is highly chlorinated. One slide, and when the children ride from it, the animation does not follow this. Until the child almost broke his leg there, only then they began to follow. And yes, they lasted 2 days. In general, the animation is boring, it seems that they came here to relax and not work, they sit in the bar all day. There is no mini-club, or rather it is there, but no one deals with children. Parents entertain their children themselves. In the evening there will be a mini disco and that's it. In the afternoon they invite you to play darts and mini-golf, but no one goes, simply because it’s not interesting, so the children hang around behind their parents, and the animation is resting.
The beach is clean. The entrance to the sea is very bad, some stones on which vacationers constantly cut their legs. I had to swim on a nearby beach, it's normal there. The funny thing is that at the reception there is an announcement that by 2008 the sea will be cleaned of stones. And so they promise every year.
Previously, the Germans rested in the hotel, the hotel service was better, but then only Russians began to rest there, the attitude deteriorated. They treat them like we owe them something.
All vacationers constantly go and complain about the reception, but all to no avail. The question is what to pay such money for !!!!!
There are certainly people in the hotel who are satisfied with everything. But as a rule, they came abroad for the first time and there is nothing to compare with. I was completely shocked by this hotel. The worst hotel in Avsalar. I do not advise anyone to go there to rest, only spoil your whole vacation.
