I write honestly, without any self-interest and advertising. The hotel is good overall. Disagree with the bad reviews. We have no regrets that we chose this hotel, given the low price. The experience of staying in Turkey is decent. We stayed in the middle of September 2018. The weather is beautiful, there is no such heat as in July-August. The sea is warmer. A small cloud cover does not come ashore, hangs over the mountains or far over the sea. The people are not up to the mark. The national composition of the guests is mainly Russians, Poles, Germans. Characteristically, people on vacation are friendly and talkative, regardless of nationality. Not like driving in the city or at the airport. The beach really has plates of volcanic origin. This is where the main danger lies. They are overgrown with small sharp shells not visible in the grass. Personally, I cut myself enough about them. Well, there was nothing to swim above them, where the wave twists you. But this is not a critical condition for swimming. You can use special shoes. There is also a good place to enter, 35 meters wide. A “paddling pool” was going there. There were no more than 100 people on the beach during our stay. Too bad there is no pier. This could compensate for the crowding of people in the narrow entrance. But on both sides of the hotel beach is empty for a kilometer. With the exception of a small hotel beach at 300m. from U. S. The sea is not fenced with any buoys, I don’t want to swim. There are no boats, hydroscooters and other marine equipment. Rarely, something floats in the distance. There is little life in the sea. Several species of palm-sized fish swim, sometimes in schools.
They feed normally. It can be seen that the hotel pays great attention to this. The staff is trying. The menu is varied and useful. No beef, lamb. Chicken, turkey, eggs in a variety of preparations. There are hardly any fish either. Once gave a small fried mackerel. People! Do not rush to food, be polite and yield. Local wine is traditionally dumb. Wine was not served at the beach bar. Only beer and sodas. Wine was served at the pool bar. Internet only paid, 2 dollars a day. The internet cafe is closed! The refrigerator in the room didn't work. But we didn't need it. Air conditioning is almost in front of the beds. It spoils a good rest. Nose gets clogged when opened. You turn on the air conditioner at 28-30 degrees so as not to catch a cold. Dressed to sleep too hot. The bed is wet. In general, not a dream, but torment. But it was possible to hang an air conditioner in the hallway, and this issue would be resolved. But here comes the savings. Window is cheaper. If you open the window, the noise from the highway with howling ambulance sirens and honking trucks does not let you sleep. Tellingly, ambulances pass quite often. Insurance in action. There is no silence as such because of the highway around the clock. The currency at the hotel is changed at an unfavorable rate, unlike the exchangers of Mahmutlar. The hotel is far from civilization. So, to visit a grocery store, an exchanger, to shop, you will have to walk and travel. We did not like the market in Alanya. The prices are high, the assortment is consumer goods. In the nearby Mahmutlar (7 minutes by bus, travel 3 lira), everything is also there and the prices are lower, and the sellers are not so annoying. We also came across a large store 82 SALI PAZARI, where the local Turks themselves buy. Prices for everything are cheap. Animation - dancing to the collective farm music from 22 to 23 hours, table tennis, volleyball on the beach.
So cons: the location of the hotel on the highway, the wrong location of the air conditioner in the rooms, plates with cutting shells on the beach. Pros: close to the sea, varied food, friendliness and diligence of the staff.
