Vacationing in Turkey for the first time. In principle, the hotel is not bad, but the whole mood was spoiled by the ANEXTOUR hotel guide, Tatyana. When she was asked a specific question, she always avoided answering, she was rarely in the hotel. We visited the excursion In Side (from the hotel guide), the inspection of the ancient city itself, visiting the waterfall, the mosque was only 4 hours (left the hotel at 8.00 returned at 17.00), the rest of the time we were taken to leather, gold, textile stores . I would like to warn those who decided to relax in this hotel: do not believe the hotel guides, they will offer you excursions much more expensive, although you can buy an excursion much cheaper near the hotel (historical excursion to Alanya on a yacht 25$, guides 40$). They will also offer shop tours for free, do not agree, in 20 minutes there is the village of Mahmutlar, where there are many shops. There are silver and leather shops in the hotel, the prices are normal, although Tatyana said that it is better not to buy at the hotel. I bought myself a silver chain and pendant, the chain broke and it was replaced without any problems, offering a choice of many other options. We will not go with ANEXTOUR anymore.
