We went to rest....but it was not there!
Arriving at the hotel, going to the reception, they gave us the key, they were also informed about the paid security, which is located there, and about the paid wi-fi (but since we are newlyweds, we decided to give us vouchers for wi-fi for free), as it turned out, he catches only at the reception, we asked for a good room, to which the man from the reception nodded his head and said they say - for you with a sea view in the first building on the 5th floor (we were shown with a hand where to go) without seeing and not telling that in general have in this hotel. Arriving in the room, we were horrified, there is no smell of five stars there !!! ! Water from the tap ran along a thread, all the furniture was old - collapsed. Instead of a chandelier, a cheerful lamp. We grabbed our bags and went back to the reception, they didn’t want to change the number for us, they said that it was beautiful, insisting on our own, they still gave us a room in another building (this time we were taken there) there really was water....but on the curtains had dark spots similar to mold, there were incomprehensible spots on the sheet !! ! The furniture is the same wreck, there are a lot of light switches in the room, but not all of them worked, and why there are so many of them is not known. We were never told anything about the hotel! Where is the beach, etc. , my husband and I found all the information ourselves! The room was cleaned only 2 times (they swept and took out the trash! ) the bed does not change! Towels are not changed! We approached the reception and demanded cleaning - otherwise nothing! Regarding food: salads are the same every day (cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage and eggs! That's all) we didn't see other salads in 7 days, only cheese! There was no choice for a hot meal, they alternated a day of fish, a day of some kind of meat. The coffee machine is forever broken! ! Drinks were free, but ice cream costs $1! We often went to eat at other cafes, because we were sick of the same thing every single day! We watched a couple of times when the owner of the hotel (or one of the partners) swore at people for taking a lot of plates !! ! This is horror! He came into conflict with vacationers! At the same time, he forbade the staff in the kitchen to impose on people who have more than 1 plate in their hands! If you want to get some extra chicken or some hot stuff, get it!! ! The chef will answer you that so much is enough !! ! There is always a lot of water near the pool, children stumble and fall! They endured it only in the evening, when they closed it! There is no entertainment either! The same competitions every day (you have to guess the melody or the artist - that's the whole competition, and so it's about 2 hours to guess), on the last day there was a fire show, which was shown by an inexperienced, self-taught person, who is also a bartender ( a burning wick flew off from the torch, thank God not at people), the flame puffed twice towards the children, the parents were shocked and the whole show ended in a scandal !! ! There every day you hear scandals! People are shocked by such a holiday, if you can call it that! We communicated with many and everyone is unhappy, everyone is waiting for their return home! ! Why 4 stars??? ? Maximum 2!!! ! People do not spoil your rest and nerves!! ! Read reviews before you go and trust your tour operators! By the way, our guide was also very "good" approaching her with a complaint, she didn't even want to listen!! !
