We chose this hotel, because on the site of the tour operator Tui it was declared as 4 *. It was immediately clear that this is 3 *. The hotel staff confirmed that the hotel class 3 economy. But even this does not justify food and all drinks in plastic cups! The world has never seen this. The tavern (there is no restaurant) is terrible even for 2 *, the flies just eat out the eyes, the sparrows eat from the plates. The food is scarce and the selection is very poor. On five trays, the same cheese with different herbs, meat for dinner, such as a holiday, alternated with fish. There are always no alcoholic drinks, but what about all inclusive? Turkey, where are your sweets, where is the baklava? There has never been a delicious dessert, every day the same thing, flies climb around everything, and if you come a little later, you won’t see sweet. There are not enough dishes, there is a queue, waiting for dishes from the sink. however, there were almost no problems with disposable glasses. Unless they were very thin, apparently cheap, and immediately deformed.
Stayed overnight in a room without towels. Four times we went to the reception and each time we were told what they would bring.
Before the weekend, the Turks came in large numbers with their families, they settled for cash. And people came who bought tours for 3-5 months and lived with small children in a triple room for six! Waited for two days! And not just one family, but several. And this is the norm, as it turns out. The staff secretly told me that this is always the case here!

I think that the tour operator is also to blame for the spoiled vacation. Wouldn't go to 3* for sure. I read the reviews, but I didn’t believe that there could be such a nightmare. Therefore, I decided to write, maybe someone won’t make a mistake. I wonder if the owner of the hotel is aware of the lawlessness that is going on there, or is it such a concept of an "extreme" type hotel?
