From the airport to the hotel - to go 2.5 hours. The hotel is located in the village of Konakli. There is a six-story building and a two-story building. 98% of the rooms are sea view, so there is no need to pay extra for a view. Russian-speaking tourists are accommodated in both buildings. I read the reviews, I was afraid that they would settle in some ugly room and agreed to a surcharge for the proposed "improved" room. Now I think that at first it was necessary to check into a "regular" room, to look. Most likely, he would have turned out to be the same "improved".
As for the lack of soap and shampoo in the shower: there really aren’t any bottles or pieces of soap, but containers with liquid soap are attached to the wall above the washbasin and in the shower - you can use both shampoo and soap - at least wash yourself.
There are no problems with cleaning, they clean it daily and change towels every other day, although we practically did not give tips.

The remote control for the air conditioner was in the room and we did not pay any deposits for it.
There are no shelves in the closet, but there is a chest of drawers with six spacious drawers, which is much more convenient.
There were no problems with food and drink either: if you want plain water - there are coolers everywhere, if you want coffee, cappuccino, latte - there are automatic machines in all bars on the territory of the hotel - come and drink around the clock. If you want ayran, a separate machine works during the day. Beer and wine lovers won't be offended either.
By the way, everyone was waiting in the restaurant, well, when they poured wine into a plastic cup for someone - they didn’t wait)) - they poured it only into glass glasses. I was very pleased that, along with ugly Turkish sausages that no one ate, almost all the time there was meat or grilled fish and a lot of fresh and stewed vegetables.
We didn’t take excursions from the guide - outside the hotel, local travel agencies have the same programs, all tours are insured (if something happens to you and the travel agency is guilty of this, they will simply take away the license) but twice as cheap and don’t lie like that, like a guide in a hotel who, for example, said that it took 4 hours to get to Pamukkale, although in reality it turned out to be 6.5 hours, etc.
As for the attitude of the staff: it was after talking at the reception that the impression was that everyone wants to make money on you. But the rest of the staff are very nice people. When they see a benevolent attitude towards themselves, they respond in kind. Yes, we were also told that among the staff there are those who invite girls on a date and at the same time argue with others for money - will they go or not, will they kiss or not and be sure if something happened yesterday - today all the staff are talking about it hotel knows)).
Animation is also not bad, every other day clowns, magicians, acrobats, dancers - not boring.

The entrance to the sea from the shore is really not very good - there are a lot of boulders, you can hit hard - that's why they went down from the pier. Or we went to Alanya to Cleopatra Beach (travel by minibus - $ 1.5, the driver can tell you where to get off).
As for the questions that arise during the holiday: what, where to buy, where to go, what to see, where is cheaper, what is better, we asked the Russian-speaking sellers - often these are "ours" - Uzbeks, Kazakhs, Azerbaijanis - they will tell you everything.
