Number. We paid for a family room. We immediately paid extra for a sea view. Although it was necessary, probably, first to see what would be offered to us without surcharges. But the children were tired from the road (the plane was delayed for 1.5 hours) and they wanted to quickly settle in. We were given a room on the 5th floor. The view is chic. Sound of the sea. But the room is not big at all. In the family room, everything is as in the photo of the hotel: a double bed and a bunk bed, a huge closet and a huge chest of drawers, a TV. Safe is paid. We didn't take. Nothing was missing, our things were not rummaged. The repair is tired, it would be necessary to update both the walls and furniture. But we did not pay attention to this, we came to rest.
The balcony is not large, a table + 2 chairs and a clothes dryer. And an air conditioner unit. And if you decide to sit on the balcony with the air conditioner on, then you will not succeed, because the unit is very hot. The bathroom is large, water does not flow out of the shower, liquid soap and some kind of gel 2 in 1 in the shower itself. Fan is working. The towels are clean.
Territory. The territory is not big, but very green. Palm trees are growing, hibiscus is blooming. On the territory there is a pool 16+, where children do not come. And there you can relax in peace and quiet. The main pool where animation takes place, a pool for kids with slides, a pool for older children (120cm deep) with slides. And a pool with slides for adults. Pools are open from 7.00 to 20.00. Slides worked on time, 2 times a day. Each pool has a lifeguard. Behind the large slides there are additional sun loungers, and if you don’t have enough, you can take it yourself.
Beach.
There is a pier, it is convenient to go down and up from it. The entrance is better on the right if you are facing the pier. The bottom is pebbles, we did without safety shoes. There were enough sun loungers for everyone. The beach is clean. Sun loungers are disinfected every evening. The lifeguard until 18.00 really watches the vacationers, especially the children. One evening we walked to the beach and saw a huge sea turtle that came to the beach to lay its eggs))) The sea is very warm, but a little stormy. But swimming was ok. Take your own beach towels.
Food. The food is ok, you can always find something to eat. Breakfast, lunch and dinner in a restaurant, on the street - pancakes and scrambled eggs for breakfast and grilled for dinner (meatballs with grilled rice, see if they are fried inside). During breakfast, you can buy fresh orange juice, a glass of about 400 ml for $ 1. Whenever they came, there was always a choice of food. Beach bar - drinks, fast food, vegetables and fruits. Pool bar - drinks. From 16.00 to 17.00.

Tours. We planned one excursion - a sea sightseeing tour of Alanya on a pirate ship. They didn’t take the guide, the prices are space. By the way, the guide from the Anex tour is very arrogant and persistent. It feels like he forgot what is included in his duties as a hotel guide, the main thing is to sell excursions. But we fought back and never saw him again. The tour was taken at the agency across the road from the hotel (we left the hotel, to the right and along the overpass, go down and the agency is right in front of you). We liked it, we left at 9.00 and arrived at the hotel around 16.30. The walk is approximately 5 hours.
Shopping. Been to Colins and LC Waikiki. It's better to pay by card. In the same shopping center there is a small market where you can take tea, coffee, halva for gifts at normal prices. The hotel has a shop, 1 dollar = 1 euro. Change is always given. The kids ran for ice cream. Prices are about the same as in other stores.
Conclusion
. The hotel is suitable for families with children. The youth will be bored. Until 22 children's program, from 22.00 to 23.00 show program and that's it, silence.

I recommend shoes, because pebbles and hot sand - something else a pleasure. Internet for 8 days - 14 USD (so only at the reception), safe - 12 c. u. The hotel is great for families!

It is almost impossible to interrogate an extra piece of lemon or ice.
Minor disadvantages:
- low quality and catering (all inclusive). Expected more. The food was not that tasteless, but very quickly got bored with everything. Unripe fruits, wine and beer - garbage is full, even milk in coffee machines is diluted with water at least half. One of the entrances to the restaurant was closed (tied with plastic collars), which created a large accumulation of people at other entrances. Hungry people knocked down. In the first minutes after the opening of the restaurant, it was really dangerous to go there with a child. They could trample.
- Poor quality of the rooms. Poor plumbing, the shower door and the door to the balcony barely opened because they were very rusty. The towel holder is broken and hanging down. The air conditioner stinks and has never been cleaned.
- someone put dirty dishes with leftovers in the corridor.
He stood there until the end of our vacation - for almost a week no one removed him.
– At 17:00, the staff began to collect mattresses from the beds on the beach and by the pools, although it was still a few hours before sunset.
- Water slides start at 10:00 and they are only open until lunch (until 13:00).
- In children's pools (there are 2 pools with a depth of 40 cm) - the coldest water. Even in the evening, the water does not warm up to a comfortable state. I don't know why. Children quickly freeze in the water.
- A lot of paid things on site: trampoline - $2 for 10 minutes, orange juice (fresh) - $2, cotton candy - $2 ...etc.
- from free drinks - circles / fanta / sprite and khimka ala Yuppi in vending machines with the inscription "100% natural juice / nectar"
- Neighboring hotels are constantly competing to see who will have the loudest screeching music. Lots of old Russian pops like Shatunov, Kirkorov and Hands Up. It seems that I got into a village disco in the late 90s. My psyche could barely handle it.
- In the courtyard of building E, they organized a CITY (they grow peppers there) and a KURNIK! With chickens and ducks! On the territory of the hotel on the first line, where the most expensive land
Pros of the hotel (what I liked):
The animators tried their best. With a rather passive audience, they were really able to constantly pull people out for morning yoga, aqua aerobics, competitions and entertainment. In a nearby hotel, I have never seen that the animators managed to organize at least something.
– The hotel staff knows the difference between Ukrainians and Russians. Ukrainian is the fourth language in the hotel (along with English, German and Russian). They have not yet learned to talk, but at least they say hello "good morning / afternoon / evening. " The animators even learned a few phrases in Ukrainian and know that Lviv, Odessa, Kyiv and Kharkov are Ukrainian cities, not Russian ones.
Near many hotels hangs the Ukrainian flag, next to the Russian, German and EU flags.
- If you do not strain yourself with shortcomings and score on the beach and the sea, then you can relax and lie by the pool for a week or two.
- There is a minibus (number 50) Konakli-Alania near the hotel. The final stop is at the bazaar in Alanya. The fare is 1 euro, or 1 dollar, or 4 lira. Drivers are friendly, stop at every pedestrian standing by the highway and asking where you are going. Know all the hotels on the route. They will take you and advise you. A good opportunity to inexpensively get to normal shops with normal prices, walk around Alanya, take pictures, buy. And just a closer look at their culture.

- Rude staff. When checking in, they demanded money from us to put us in a room with a sea view (seaside) or they will put us on the side of the highway (road side). The asking price is $20.
- Everything is busy. All places (both on the beach and by the pools) must always be taken before breakfast (until 8:30), otherwise you will be homeless all day.
- Internet. Free internet only in the hotel lobby and very poor quality. Outside the lobby, the Internet is only paid. And in building E (the easternmost building) there is no Internet at all, neither paid nor free.
- Bartenders dilute free drinks with water. They take a glass almost half filled with water, cover this water with their hand and add cola or sprite there.
It is almost impossible to interrogate an extra piece of lemon or ice.
Minor disadvantages:
- low quality and catering (all inclusive). Expected more. The food was not that tasteless, but very quickly got bored with everything. Unripe fruits, wine and beer - garbage is full, even milk in coffee machines is diluted with water at least half. One of the entrances to the restaurant was closed (tied with plastic collars), which created a large accumulation of people at other entrances. Hungry people knocked down. In the first minutes after the opening of the restaurant, it was really dangerous to go there with a child. They could trample.
- Poor quality of the rooms. Poor plumbing, the shower door and the door to the balcony barely opened because they were very rusty. The towel holder is broken and hanging down. The air conditioner stinks and has never been cleaned.

He stood there until the end of our vacation - for almost a week no one removed him.
– At 17:00, the staff began to collect mattresses from the beds on the beach and by the pools, although it was still a few hours before sunset.
- Water slides start at 10:00 and they are only open until lunch (until 13:00).
- In children's pools (there are 2 pools with a depth of 40 cm) - the coldest water. Even in the evening, the water does not warm up to a comfortable state. I don't know why. Children quickly freeze in the water.
- A lot of paid things on site: trampoline - $2 for 10 minutes, orange juice (fresh) - $2, cotton candy - $2 ...etc.
- from free drinks - circles / fanta / sprite and khimka ala Yuppi in vending machines with the inscription "100% natural juice / nectar"
- Neighboring hotels are constantly competing to see who will have the loudest screeching music. Lots of old Russian pops like Shatunov, Kirkorov and Hands Up. It seems that I got into a village disco in the late 90s. My psyche could barely handle it.

Pros of the hotel (what I liked):
The animators tried their best. With a rather passive audience, they were really able to constantly pull people out for morning yoga, aqua aerobics, competitions and entertainment. In a nearby hotel, I have never seen that the animators managed to organize at least something.
– The hotel staff knows the difference between Ukrainians and Russians. Ukrainian is the fourth language in the hotel (along with English, German and Russian). They have not yet learned to talk, but at least they say hello "good morning / afternoon / evening. " The animators even learned a few phrases in Ukrainian and know that Lviv, Odessa, Kyiv and Kharkov are Ukrainian cities, not Russian ones.
Near many hotels hangs the Ukrainian flag, next to the Russian, German and EU flags.
- If you do not strain yourself with shortcomings and score on the beach and the sea, then you can relax and lie by the pool for a week or two.
- There is a minibus (number 50) Konakli-Alania near the hotel. The final stop is at the bazaar in Alanya. The fare is 1 euro, or 1 dollar, or 4 lira. Drivers are friendly, stop at every pedestrian standing by the highway and asking where you are going. Know all the hotels on the route. They will take you and advise you. A good opportunity to inexpensively get to normal shops with normal prices, walk around Alanya, take pictures, buy. And just a closer look at their culture.

Meals: the choice is large, but finding something to your taste is sometimes difficult. . . For meat - so-so, vegetables, salads, side dishes - no complaints. Compared to 2016, there were 3 types of delicious soup, now 1 is not tasty, there was trout and grilled chicken daily - now 1 time in 7 days on a Turkish night, sometimes there was mackerel and 1 time lamb. Meat could be found among stewed vegetables, fruits: watermelon, melon, apples, pears, plums, oranges - daily, cherries and apricots 2 times. Queuing for food! During the day they bake cakes, in a bar on the beach from the same pizza dough. Only Germans are served in the restaurant. I made a special trip to this hotel. This time I didn't like it. I was with my 11 year old son and a friend. The hotel is very badly deteriorated. I will not come here again. There are no complaints about the tour operator Anex.

And of course, we are delighted with the hotel's animation programs. Great rooms, great local guys and visiting artists. The hotel is very comfortable for children, there are all possibilities for their rest and entertainment. In October, we brought another family of our friends, who also liked everything very much. Two did not finish, after contacting the reception they brought the truth only one. There are no complaints about food, everything was enough for us. It was possible to come at any time and all the dishes were available. I really liked the cakes, the cakes were not all successful. It is very convenient that in several places on the territory there are water coolers and vending machines with coffee and nectars. On the beach in the snack bar you could eat if you were hungry. I used to get pizza there all the time. Wine white, red and pink pour yourself into glass goblets as much as you want. In the evening there was a delicious punch in the bar also on self-service. The little ones were completely delighted with the water slides, there are 5 of them and 1 for the very young ones. At 4 o'clock the children were given free ice cream. Animation was present both in the morning and in the afternoon. In the evening we went to shows. Not all of them are successful, of course. . But at least it wasn't boring. Across the road from the hotel is the village of Konakli. We messed around there, of course. It is necessary to bargain until it stops, the Turks are now dropping prices well. On Wednesdays there is a large market opposite the hotel, but it was very hot to walk around. We bought up mainly in the village. The territory of the hotel is small, but green, the sea is nearby. Loungers by the pool and by the sea were enough for everyone. The contingent - Russians, Germans, Danes, Czechs, Poles, Ukrainians, etc. There are many families with children in the hotel, so there was no "tagil", no one got drunk, everyone behaved tolerantly.
