We met at the reception very coldly saying that there were no places in the hotel and offered to stay in a neighboring hotel until the rooms were free (this despite the fact that the stay at the hotel was paid for three months with early booking) To the legitimate question why and on what basis they resold mine a room paid in advance - at the reception they began to run their fingers over the computer monitor, arguing to them that the rooms were all occupied and how it happened - they didn’t know it . . I had to categorically state that I wouldn’t go to another hotel - then they in response offered two rooms a little higher comfort . . but . . for the cherished 50 bucks... I wanted to push further, demanding my pre-paid room, but looking at the face of my tired wife, I gave 50 bucks and immediately settled in a good room, which was really the size of once a one and a half more than standard, overlooking the sea and the dining room and the slides and the pool . .
This is probably the main of the few disadvantages.

The second minus is the constantly smoking vacationers everywhere and everywhere... even next to the children's pool, playground. Reacting to remarks very negatively and continuing to blow smoke at children, making them passive smokers. The hotel administration does not react to this in any way, arguing that such is the mentality of these Germans - "bastards smoke anywhere and sneezing at everyone"
The third minus is the mosquitoes in the rooms....and these mosquitoes are so vile, they fly quietly, they creep up. Need mosquito repellent with you, all sorts of repellers.
I didn't see any more cons.
Pros: This is a large green area, very well planned for the recreation of people with diseases of the musculoskeletal system, and this can be seen in everything, in the paths without steps and with gentle ramps, in the pools there are steps with handrails, there is even a pool for the disabled with a special chair for launching into the water.
Children's animation. In general, this hotel has very intricate and tireless animation, and especially for children. Thanks to the children's animators Ira, Dasha, Lera, who made the rest for our granddaughter so exciting and unforgettable. Well done girls!

The hotel also has a water park and three complexes of slides for adults, children and very young ones.
The beach is wide, there are many places, the entrance to the sea is sandy and gentle, rocky mounds are already at a depth and are not dangerous. The entrance to the sea is also possible from the pier. The sea is calm most of the time.
Food . . the food there is somewhat unusual at once, because it tends to be dietary... it is undersalted and not peppered . . there is a table with a huge set of spices, a lot of steamed, boiled, stewed and baked, the choice of dishes is huge . . We liked the food.
Rooms are cleaned daily, the quality of cleaning is good, it was clean, linen was changed regularly and upon request.
The hotel itself is located 800 meters from the center of the village of Konakli, if necessary, everything can be bought in Konakli, like a remedy for sunburn and air mattresses, souvenirs. In the hotel, all this is 30% more expensive. On Wednesdays, opposite the hotel itself, there is an exit bazaar - prices are so-so . . cheaper in the afternoon
