We rested in Turtash with children 1.5 years old and 6 years old. We lived in the main building overlooking the sea, for an additional fee - $ 50, because the alternative was a room overlooking the road and the store... The territory is average in size for such a number of residents. The hotel staff is mostly friendly. The food is sometimes very tasty, sometimes repetitive. Once it smelled of sour sausages, I don’t know how the parents fed their children with it... we didn’t eat them and didn’t give them to the children, we ate mostly vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes), rice, I never had problems with the intestines : ) From fruits there were only oranges and apples. No one was left hungry for sure : ) The hotel is favorably located: we were almost the first to be brought from the airport and close to the city of Alanya.
You can go to the bazaar, which on Wednesdays you can only go out of interest, the prices are higher than in Alanya, and simply on the streets of Kanakli. There are good supermarkets in Kanakli: Hasbul, 101 and Bum where you can buy children's juice (it was relevant for us) and oriental sweets. Buying strawberries at the market.
In Alanya, we wandered around the bazaar, and the stop is called Bazaar. We were in the Alanyum shopping center, average, but we bought something for ourselves and children from clothes.

More about the hotel. The rooms are not ah, of course, but everything worked. We didn’t need animation, but yes, I agree that the girls were rather weak and caught without enthusiasm and every day the same thing.
The beach is less clean than the hotel area, there was also garbage, the products of civilization floated in the sea. The beach worker was more careful that children did not bring stones from the shore to the sandy area near the sun loungers than the presence of such debris as cigarette butts. The sea in the second decade of May was quite suitable for swimming, in the children's pool the water warmed up well.
I would not go to this hotel for the second time, but I was satisfied with the trip to it!
