HORROR! EVERYTHING IS OFF!
Rested with a large group (20 people). We arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock at night, getting off the bus, we felt a pungent smell of garbage dumps and rotten algae, and it was only flowers... While we were checking in at the hotel, we tried in vain to find water, explained that we were from the plane, tired and thirsty, but all the staff answered only one thing, that dinner had already ended, and there was no water, we managed to beg for one glass, no one looked that the children were with us.
We registered, they began to breed us by numbers. And then it began, we open the door to the room and see a bunk bed like in pioneer camps, I couldn’t utter a word for 30 seconds. My friend and I, girls of not small dimensions, tried to figure out which of us would sleep upstairs. Further worse, the room is divided into two rooms, one has air conditioning, the other does not. We go out onto the balcony and see the garbage cans, and now imagine the unbearable heat, the air conditioner, which is about to break down, and the smell of rotten garbage. And yet, as luck would have it, from the extensive smells, a friend developed an allergy. Staying in such a room is simply not possible, we rushed to the reception.

We arrive and observe the following picture: our friends, who had already managed to inspect their rooms, tried to explain to the non-Russian-speaking staff that someone did not have a bed in the room, someone did not have a refrigerator, air conditioning, etc. “fighted” with the hotel workers, we were given another room, the so-called “suite”, for one night, and promised that tomorrow they would provide us with another one.
"Suite" was not in the main building of the hotel, but in another, which was intended, as we later learned, for the guests of the hotel owner and for his family. You can’t even call it a luxury, a clapboard-lined ceiling, unpainted walls, a broken toilet seat, no shower, there is a hole in the floor where water should drain, there is not even a curtain. But on the other hand, it is a single room with a large bed and a sofa, air conditioning and a refrigerator that are constantly working, and there is no smell of garbage. We unanimously decided that we will not leave here! I wanted to cry terribly!
The next morning brought us quite a few unpleasant surprises. When we saw the restaurant (it turned out to be one, it is also a bar), we felt even worse, plastic chairs and tables covered with dirty tablecloths, waiters who are disgusting to look at, not what is nearby, dressed in T-shirts and trousers that are not washed for five weeks, and then they stink. Ants crawl everywhere and flies fly. There is nothing!! ! Seriously nothing!! ! If the soup is impossibly spicy, mackerel fish, soy meat, rice was three times, there was only pasta all around, and everything was poured with vinegar, but with an incomprehensible sauce that you can’t take in your mouth. Children could not eat anything, and you will not feed them with such food. The whole rest was soaked with greens, pasta, watermelon and their own custard soups, which were brought from Moscow. Every day we went to the city for fruit, because there was nothing in the hotel except watermelon. The waiters are not trained, the plates are pulled out right from under your nose, you don’t have time to put down your fork and knife, and if you haven’t finished eating yet, they stand next to you with a bunch of plates in their hands and wait. From alcohol, you could only drink beer and Raki, everything else is a rare muck, but for some reason, Raki ended every evening at eight o'clock. The glasses are dirty, we had to bring our own glasses to the bar, which we took and wiped ourselves. There were not enough plates for lunch and dinner for everyone, when we asked the waiters to bring them, they said that there were no more.
The hotel is so crowded that if you want to sunbathe by the pool and swim, take a seat on a sun lounger at 8 am, otherwise you will have to lay out a towel next to it.

The beach is not equipped, the entrance to the sea is rocky. All legs were cut, I had to go into the sea from the side of the neighboring hotel. The bar, which is on the beach, does not belong to the hotel and all drinks in it are paid. There is a disco, but you won't be there for a long time. The rooms are cleaned, if only I managed to slip a dollar to the cleaning lady before cleaning, and it will remain so as it was.
I generally keep quiet about the attitude towards hotel guests, mockery and that's it. The hotel does not pull even one star, let alone three, while the hotel workers hand out their business cards with a four-star designation. The hotel rests mainly Turkish citizens.
We wanted to leave the hotel for another, but the representative of the tour operator (Trek Travel) did not come for the whole vacation even once, they began to ask other guides, they said that we can leave this hotel, but it is not known which one will be different. For two weeks we ruffled our nerves and cried, trying to fix things. We fought with bosses and managers, there are a lot of them, but there are no attendants. On the day of departure, one of the bosses approached us and apologized for our "great" stay.
