We arrived at 10.30 for breakfast, we were late, hungry after the road and with a 3-year-old child, we were met very coldly at the reception, filled out some paper, gave the key to the room and goodbye, no one asked anything and did not offer at least the child to eat, I had to wait until lunch. Immediately, some aunt (while we didn’t understand anything) sold Hammam for $ 40 for two (I didn’t like it, only a man does massage, it was not pleasant, my husband didn’t go at all, I would have known what it was and I wouldn’t have gone! ) .
There were no questions about the number, everything worked, 2 beds - 1 of them was a 2-bedroom, the air conditioner worked, the TV was also cleaned every day, and if you leave a chocolate bar for the cleaning lady, she will make swans and give you better towels : )) (the room was standard)
Externally, the hotel is very good, a lot of greenery on the territory grow tangerines and palm trees, everything is very well maintained and beautiful.

The kitchen is monotonous, in the first days it seemed delicious, but by the end of the vacation it was not what it was - it was hard to watch! Nothing new was added every day the same thing. For breakfast, constantly boiled eggs, cucumbers and tomatoes in different variations, tasteless cereal that was filled with milk at will, cheese and soy red sausage! ALL! What to give the child is not clear. Lunch and dinner were better, potatoes, pasta, the same sausage and cheese, fresh and grilled vegetables, 2 types of soup, very, very rarely there was fried mackerel (there was nothing else from fish), chicken, their sweets are not tasty, they very moist, greasy and all the same only cut differently. They baked a biscuit cake every day, BUT! one cake for all - it's tough, it was difficult to catch him and with a fight. Of the fruits, only tangerines, plums, apples, watermelon - EVERYTHING. I think for that kind of money you can eat apples in Ukraine!! ! The food is very weak, not varied, a lot of things were not tasty, burnt. An adult can still endure but a child... From drinks, beer, white wine, red wine, vodka, gin, powdered coffee, tea, juices are not natural! over time, everything around the child's mouth turned orange.
And the most important minus that no one wrote about in the reviews is the BEACH! Rather, the entrance to the sea. Entering the sea is NOT REAL!! ! There were no storms, the weather was calm, but the waves were such that they knocked you off your feet, and besides, the entrance was cleared 3 meters, then a solid slab that was overgrown with slippery moss under water, not even, pits, humps, even my husband could not stand on his feet, not that kids go there! As a result, knocked down knees and elbows, HORROR. The child never entered the sea. The husband tried to sail away and find a sandy bottom, but alas, this plate is everywhere. As a result, we spent more time around the pool. But not everything is going smoothly here either... The first days were normal, but 3 days after arrival, a lot of people settled in and the pool began to diligently chlorinate, bathe in bleach, you know, not very much.
99% of the hotel were Russians (I will not tell you how they behave - disgusting), only we were from Ukraine, a couple more families from Belarus. It feels like visiting Russia. . . ((
