Xeno Sonas Alpina) 4 *, bought a tour for 7 days through the Join Up operator (in Turkey, its host is Peninsulla) from 09/27/2021 to 09/01/2021 everything was fine, the renovation was a long time ago There were a few minor issues, but overall everything was clean and tidy and the staff was friendly. But on 09/01/2021, in the morning after breakfast, we are notified that the hotel is closing and the operators were notified about the closure of the hotel on 09/15/2021.
Question - how could they sell a tour to a closing hotel?
Then some kind of nightmare began... A Peninsulla hotel guide named Murat arrived and began to tell that they were not aware that the hotel was closing and notified them yesterday. There were fewer staff at the hotel, some left with things saying goodbye, bars (on the beach and near the pool turned off), cranes and sunbeds were removed.
We pack things in an emergency mode and we are moved to the Limonchello hotel, which is the complete opposite of Alpina, and besides, it also has three stars (if not three letters).
The hotel we were transferred to was told that they could put us in two separate rooms. The repair was done in a hurry, there is no cleaning in the rooms! Food is also sad.
Guide Peninsulla Murat did not pick up the phone, he only wrote in Viber that he had a limited connection and could not answer the phone, the Peninsulla hotline also froze as best he could with the words "ask a question in Ukraine Join Up". Join Up froze on Peninsulla.
The rest was spoiled by moving, attempts to get a sane response from the operators to this "scam"!
Should we consider Club Alpina Hotel and operators Join Up Peninsulla as a holiday service?
And how can tours to a hotel that is closed be sold?
Or did they pretend to be closed?
Perhaps this is some kind of muddy scheme, but the second part of the holiday was spoiled by the negative, which does not outweigh the first.
Therefore, I cannot advise Club Alpina Hotel, as well as Join Up and Peninsulla, unfortunately!

There are a lot of traffic lights along the route. It is very comfortable to ride a big bus.
The territory of the hotel is small, the pool is also small for the number of vacationers, people take sunbeds at night, leaving some things there. There is a bar and a restaurant nearby. It is obvious to save on air conditioners. Yes, there are queues at the restaurant. To take the "first, second and compote", you need to stand in line and have a drink at the pool bar. It's not convenient, because you carry plates and drinks in your hands, nobody gives out trays.
The room is modest, there is a wardrobe, and yes - a minimal set. From the equipment - an old TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, pay safe (optional). You take care of the water yourself, because we put a bottle of water in this mini-bar only upon arrival). But at the bar they give as much as you want: either you type in big bottles, or 0.5 or 0.2. We were probably lucky, because everything in the room was modest, clean and tidy.
When settling in, no one demanded additional payment. With cleaning - cleaned so-so, swans from towels also did not twist. Garbage was taken away every day and the bathroom was filled with toilet paper)))). They lived in the 4th block on the 4th floor, had a beautiful view of the city from the balcony. Yes, the city hotel, in the evening you can walk, a lot of tourists, a bunch of shops, slaughterhouses with all sorts of things.
Nutrition is normal, we can say. It is clear that you do not taste quails and lobsters, but you will not be hungry, unless you are, of course, a noble gourmet). The menu is more healthy food than harmful, but monotonous.
The beach is so-so. If there was a pontoon, there would be no price for this hotel for such money. Entrance - sand with pebbles and huge stone blocks + constant waves of different power. It is impossible to swim near the shore, you just constantly receive a powerful massage, or a shower Charcot, or just trying to resist the elements of water.
When the waves are strong, you can also specifically dive into the water, and at the bottom of the mucous stones - take care of your toes in the first place! ! ! ! ! People were thrown very hard on the rocks on the shore, thank God, all intact, but with damage. Rely only on yourself, because the rescuers there - a mustachioed whistle on the shore, which is worth a good, and not all hour. In short, to swim, you need to overcome the normal obstacle to the passage of these wild waves. Without my husband, I certainly would not have challenged these waves. And for those who can't swim or with small children, it's extreme. For safety - sit on the rocks and get doused with sea water from the force of the waves (be careful, because it can slap your head).
Of course, the pontoon is very lacking, well, very much so! ! ! !!
And still - mattresses on deck chairs. Because it is also extreme! ) Stock up on beach towels, because they are also "not provided".
Around the corner of the hotel there is a textile store "Olenka", where the seller Olesya will very kindly offer you any option. We are normally so stingy with her. The prices are nice, the quality of the goods too!
There is a bar on the beach, coffee and tea even in porcelain cups. Beer in strong plastic glasses, plates are the same, they are immediately washed in the dishwasher, at high temperature. Pastries are baked with cheese or meat.
Well that's right! Nobody is running after you here - that's a fact, so you have to take care of yourself! )) But the main thing - to see the positive, to ignore something that is wrong and, of course, the mood! )) And I still want to go to the Red Sea…! ! ! !!
Health to all and take care of yourself!

The worst hotel I've been to. It was probably 4 stars at the opening in 98 since that time nothing has been updated there. Now this hotel does not pull even 2 stars. Upon check-in, they gave a room where the air conditioner did not work and there was no hot water, it is worth mentioning separately the mattresses on which it is impossible to sleep, the springs press terribly and dig into the body, in the morning everything hurts about some kind of rest, you should forget. … More ▾ The worst hotel I've been to. At the reception in the morning they promised to change in the morning to a better room. The "better" room turned out to be a kennel of 8 square meters with the same terrible mattresses on which it was impossible to sleep, but at least the air conditioner worked and there was hot water. There are constant queues in the dining room, and in order to take some water in the queue, you generally need to stand for half an hour. It is impossible to lie on the beach chairs, half of them are hard and half are squeezed like a hammock. At the end of the rest, the lock in the bathroom was also jammed with a person inside; we had to gouge the door for more than an hour in the middle of the night.
On the positive side, free wi-fi at the reception, 1 line and excellent sea. For this 3 stars. And I would put 0 out of 10 for the hotel. I would not even come here again for free.

We understood that for such funds there can be no luxury and probably it will be something modest, but the tour agency did not explain what is economy class in 4 * in Turkey. So when we arrived at the hotel at midnight and saw our room we were in SHOCK! ! ! ! ! I had no idea what was going on ((Zero floor in the corner, the elevator door opened the door to the room, peeling walls, the pungent smell of mold, old shabby furniture, leaking shower, water in the toilet flowed all night (worker could not repair)) It's like coming to my grandmother's old house, where no one has lived for years ((The night in that room spoiled the first impression of the country)). … More ▾ We understood that for such funds there can be no luxury and probably it will be something modest, but the tour agency did not explain what is economy class in 4 * in Turkey. Of course we asked to change our room, we were moved to the third floor early. The new room was a little bigger, the same old furniture (the ribs in the mattress hurt the ribs), at least there was no mold and nothing was leaking. There was no balcony, towels and clothes were dried on the bars on the window.
They tried not to pay attention to the stains and holes on the bed and towels. The worst thing is that the air conditioner worked in one mode, the barrel was right on the bed, the man caught a cold.
The sea is clean and warm, pebble beach with sand, sunbeds from the hotel, but sunset on the stone slabs, there were always strong waves, do not swim.
The food is normal, like our "Belly House", the range is smaller, but quite tasty. Different types of meat and fish were served daily. There were no problems with digestion - and that's good : )
The hotel area is beautiful, lots of greenery, good paths, tables… but very little space for so many people. By the pool just do not push, in the pool people like sprats in a jar, not very nice (((((
The staff at the reception speaks Russian and English, and the waiters, bartenders, those who saw the food do not understand any, or make fun of. I have the impression that in parallel, whether guests like it or not, friendliness - zero!
(At the reception, someone was constantly complaining about something).
Animation - a disco for children. Like in some summer camp.
Who goes for the sea or have fun with the company - probably suitable, but with a child who wants some comfort - this is not an option.
In general, we enjoyed the holiday, took a tour for the whole day, saw many interesting places, walked along the promenade, very beautiful… but in this (or similar) hotel just do not want more.

We thank TransAviaGroup and personally manager Igor Morozov for their professional work. I'll start with accommodation. From Antalya, the transfer takes approximately 3 hours. Arrived at the hotel around 12 noon. They settled in right away. Our room was economy (small and without a balcony). Cleanly. Shower - a cabin, a set of shampoos, shower gels, soaps, nail files, a sewing kit. Minus - nowhere to dry swimwear and towels after the beach. I had to hang it on the lattice on the window. Cleaned every day, change of linen every 3 days. Air conditioning, TV, mini fridge - everything worked.

The territory is well-groomed (paths with shampoos were washed). All staff in masks are constantly disinfecting tables in the restaurant, bar. Disinfectors and free masks are everywhere. The food is not bad - not lobsters, lobsters, but chicken, lamb, beef and fish have always been. Plus different side dishes (rice, potatoes, pasta.
Various vegetables and fruits. Different pirozhenki (we didn't get the truth). Drinks at the bar near the pool and on the beach (different types of koye, juices, beer, wine, gin tonics, vodka, brandy, etc. ) - drink as much as you like). They distribute bottled water. The staff works well - just ate and drank - they run up to pick up empty dishes.

Of the minuses - when we left, it was Kuran Bayram and many Turks drove in - there were long queues for food. Beach: the water is azure, the purest. True, the waves are quite large, for two days they were not allowed into the sea at all - there was a storm. Sunset in the sea - cut through the lagoon in the plates of 7 meters wide, but quite normal. There are enough sun loungers on the beach. There are umbrellas and stretch covers. Toilets are clean. There are showers and changing rooms. Nearby there are shops where you can buy inexpensive textiles, bags, sweets, etc. If you take a lot in one place, then they make good discounts. We liked.

Now the hotel is called Club Alpine. For your money just fine! The food and service are super, everything is delicious and varied (mutton fish). Two bars, the hotel is open until 23, the second on its beach until 18 approximately. The beach bar serves beer, wine, coffee, drinks. Our room is standard, everything worked, there are no questions either, but a little shabby, but again, for this money with such food and its own beach, these are trifles. … More ▾ Now the hotel is called Club Alpine. Those who are not spoiled by five-star hotels for not real money can go safely!

It's a shame to waste half a day out of 7 days on a stupid waiting for a room at the reception. The staff at the reception is very indifferent and did not listen to requests in principle!

The hotel is very far from the airport and it's not worth going there right away. We (2 women) were accommodated 2 times in a room with one bed. The plumbing in the hotel is a total disaster, and many have said this, the toilet has been leaking for a week. The plumber repaired, but it was enough for half an hour. Soon something began to drip onto my bed from the ceiling. And flowed until the end of the holiday.
The beach is the main disappointment. The coast is such that the rocks just go into the sea. It is impossible to swim in the sea even for adults, let alone children. High waves knock down and knock down on large, sharp, rocky stones. We walked for a long time and looked for another beach, but in all of Mahmutlar there is such a coastline. For me, it was generally a shock that many hotels were built along this entire line. I could not even think that hotels are being built in places where you can not swim.
The pool is ok, but you have to borrow sunbeds from the night. But to swim only in the pool and remained. You could walk and look at the sea.
Hotel guide - Ali Kadyrov. Ham and rude, did not even know that a hotel guide can afford to communicate with vacationers so rudely.
The best thing about this hotel is the food. There was meat, fish, fruits and a selection of sweets. Everything else is hellish hell, the worst vacation of my life.
Mahmutlar. Hotel village. There is nothing to see there. You need to drive 11 km to Alanya. There you can do shopping, see the fortress, ride a cable car.

Shampoo, shower gel, soap, nail files, shower cap, comb, cotton swabs - everything was there. Air conditioning, TV, mini fridge worked. When I first entered the room, I felt a little sad, but then I settled down and everything was fine.
This is our first all inclusive tour so nothing to compare to yet.
I chose an economy option, the main thing is that the 1st line, all inclusive, a children's pool and positive reviews.
We arrived at the hotel around 7 am. We were invited to breakfast, and after a fairly quick check-in. After settling in, we quickly gathered and ran to the sea.
Everything was good with food - fresh, stewed, baked vegetables, meat, fish every day, and sometimes fish for lunch and dinner, various side dishes (rice, potatoes, pasta), there was no variety with soups, fruits (plums , nectarines, grapes, apricots, watermelon, melon), sweets (became boring over time), there were delicious buns for breakfast; from drinks water, juices, tea, coffee (though not tasty) + various alcoholic drinks. If you are not very picky about food, then you will not stay hungry.
Beach. 1st line, own beach, road to the beach through the underpass. On the beach, sun loungers, umbrellas for free, everyone had enough. Beach towels are not provided, you need to take your own or you can buy for $ 1, leaving the hotel. Small pebbles + sand, you can walk barefoot. Entering the sea is not convenient - slippery stones, there is a rectangular cut in the stone, but there is always a crowd of people. I've never been to a beach like this, so you won't swim much. But since I was with a child, we had enough of the sea and near the coast. The water was clear, although the sea was not calm - there was always a yellow flag, and a couple of days it was red. Rescuers were, if anything. There is a bar on the beach - from 10 to 18.00 - for someone to drink, someone to drink, toilets, a locker room (a little sad), a shower. In general, everything is good for this level of hotel.
Swimming pool. Children's pool with a small slide and adults with a large one, which is open at certain times. The pool is not big. Drinks, snacks - either cakes or cookies. Music.
There was no animation. Perhaps it started later, as tourists began to arrive en masse in whole buses. When we arrived, there were only 6 of us. On the last two evenings of our stay, animation for children began - dancing on stage.
I and the child were satisfied with the rest, full of impressions and emotions.
