Accommodation: very fast (arrived at 3 am), but... settled on the first floor, and this: mold even on the curtains! The smell of dampness and mustiness. Balcony - one name... a step through the parapet and you are on a path where crowds of staff and tourists go... HORROR!! ! The next day we went to the manager. The guy at the reception, extremely unfriendly with the resettlement, "rejected" us, explaining the lack of free rooms. Although the people arrived and everyone was settled. They achieved resettlement through a guide, and then with a "war". Settled high, a room with a sea view... But the cleaning of rooms and public spaces and territory leaves much to be desired. A beautiful hotel in a very run down condition. Perhaps this is the only negative moment on vacation, having settled which everything went 5+.
Food: excellent. There were a lot of people in the hotel. Seats in the restaurant are almost two times less. Therefore, if we planned some exits outside the hotel or excursions, then we had to take a seat in the restaurant, which means waiting at the closed doors for the opening of the restaurant. But there was always enough food, the only thing was that the fruits could remain a little out of order, a sample... A day later there were fish-meat. Meat and in cutlets, and fried on a baking sheet, and stewed with vegetables. The fish is amazingly cooked. Side dishes are also not one at a time: pasta, cereals, and potatoes. Between meals, Turkish cakes were baked on the beach and on the territory of the hotel. Almost around the clock you could drink tea and coffee. In a word: food for the "FIVE". Always sprite, cola and fanta in the fridge.
Swimming pool: on site with a slide. It is very wonderful to ride a couple of times, well, in the midst of the heat, take a dip... and that's it !! ! There are a lot of people (I don’t understand why not in the sea), everyone hurts each other, there is no place on the sunbeds, it smells like hell with bleach... In a word, they avoided it in every possible way.
Territory: not very big, but green. There is a children's playground, small terraces with awnings, an amphitheater where animation programs take place.
Animation Entertainment: calm. Were before that in Tunisia - that's where the guys-animators "annealed". There are 4 people working here, but they are probably a little tired))). Hamam: at the hotel. It is free, but without procedures. My husband and I took the complex. We rest in Turkey 7 times, we always went to a public hammam. But this time we liked it better. No one hurried us, all procedures are measured. Ali and Volodya (hamam workers) are wonderful guys. Very friendly. Not intrusive. Administrator Gulya is a master of his craft. It may not be as beautiful architecturally as the babel palace in Kemer, but it is of high quality and unhurried.
The hotel has two shops: furs and leather, and the second souvenirs. Very friendly people work in them. The prices are the same as in the village.
The hotel is located very conveniently: 1.5 minutes to the sea through an underground passage. There are shops across the road. Imported market twice a week (walk 15-20 minutes). Near the tour desk "Uncle Misha".
Excursions: we took one from the guide, in gratitude for helping with the resettlement. Uncle Misha's is almost two times cheaper. But everything is the same.
