We rested in this hotel from June 6 to June 20.2019, with my sister and girlfriend. We arrived at the hotel late at night. At the reception we were met by a Russian-speaking, very friendly man - Ali. Immediately settled in two adjacent rooms and told where to buy groceries in order to survive until the morning)). The hotel consists of two buildings. Basically - reception, restaurant. In the second - a souvenir shop. The rooms turned out to be very pleasant - everything is thought out for a good rest, even an electric kettle on the table and cups with saucers and glasses. Tea, coffee, sugar and water were replenished every day. In the shower - shampoo, gel, soap - in large quantities. WiFi is free in the rooms. Room cleaning every day. The hotel is urban, so there is practically no territory. There are two pools, but we swam in the sea. The hotel's beach is located on the territory of the famous Cleopatra beach, it is better to read about it separately). On the beach, umbrellas and sun loungers are free. There are showers and changing rooms. In the bar (it does not belong to the hotel) you can order any drinks - for a fee, but not critical. At the reception, we met with the representative of the hamam - Osman. We wanted to go to the hammam from the tour operator, but after talking with Osman, we bought from him, although more expensive, but it was worth it. 5 years ago I was with my sister in a hammam from a tour operator, where everything is put on stream - a dubious pleasure). Osman also brought us to the hammam, a three-minute walk from the hotel. Here, special attention is paid to each client, everything is done with feeling, properly, slowly, with relaxing music. I had a stuffy nose, so they anointed it with something and removed it like a hand)). In general, we liked it very much, many thanks to Osman! Now about food at the hotel. The chef here is just amazing! People from other hotels came, for money, to eat at our hotel. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are delicious and varied. Meat, fish, chicken, cheeses, awesome mashed soups, a lot of fruits, sweets and God knows what else)) - you won’t be able to lose weight for sure. The chef himself is a very nice and pleasant person. Always in sight, not only manages the staff, but also participates in everything, so that tourists are fed and satisfied. It is largely due to the skill and charm of the chef that this hotel is so good. I must say that the people who work here are all very friendly and positive. . For two weeks of stay, they never saw a crooked face or an oblique look). For rag purchases they went to the shops of Waikiki, there are two of them, for textiles in Madame Coco, for fruits to the markets. Near the hotel there is a small travel agency - "At Lena", a wonderful girl Lena works there, from the Kuban, who showed us everything that interested us - shops, markets, pharmacies - completely free and disinterestedly. From her we learned which teas, cheeses, coffee and much more should be brought home and which should not, what and where it is cheaper to buy. In general, a very interesting person - always happy to help. Lena showed us Alanya at night - the view from the fortress is amazing! With her we went swimming in the night sea. They bought tours from Lena in Pamukkale, a sightseeing tour of Alanya and Demre-Mira-Kekovo, I must say, cheaper than from a tour operator and by a lot. In Pomukkale, in order to fully enjoy it, it is better to go for 2 days. Then you have a lot of time to walk around everything slowly, swim in the travertines and Cleopatra's pool. Take more money in Demre-Mira-Kekova, because you will definitely want to buy an icon for yourself and your family, attach it to the tomb of St. Nicholas. I can write endlessly)), but the result is the same - we are very satisfied with the hotel, its cuisine and meeting people like Lena and Osman - they made our vacation unforgettable!
