We arrived at the hotel on 05/07/2014 at 06:00 in the morning, there were 10 of us. We really liked the interior of the hotel. Placed immediately according to the numbers, this is a plus and a big one. The room on the 7th floor did not have air conditioning, in the evening and at lunchtime the water did not reach the 7th floor. on the 4th floor, the telephone in the room did not work, during the rest it was never repaired. Room cleaning took place from 14-00 to 17-00, while we were resting. Therefore, room 1417 was cleaned no more than 5 times in 12 days. Bed linen was changed when they asked for it themselves, although they should be changed 1 time in 3 days. One of the elevators did not work constantly, the electricity was often cut off. The most annoying thing was that the room was given one key for three, so everyone depended on each other and could not completely relax. In the dining room I liked a large assortment of dishes, but again, BUT. . there were always queues for hot drinks, as in Soviet times in shops and sausages, so lunch and dinner dragged on for an hour or more. The hotel area is small but green. On the territory there was an excellent pool for adults with slides and for children, a small one. Enough sun loungers for everyone. During the day by the pool, in the evening by the sea there was great animation. Again with BUT - the pool worked from 10-00 to 18-30. Considering that it was simply impossible to swim in the sea because of the waves, there was nothing to do in the morning and in the evening. All 12 days of rest were strong waves at sea. The hotel had an excellent spa salon, where they did a wonderful massage. There were many shops near the hotel where you could bargain and buy souvenirs or things cheaper than in the market. I was not very satisfied with the rest and would not like to stay in this hotel again. The hotel does not correspond to its 5 stars, you can rate it only 3 stars.
