There were also problems with bottled water, they went to beg for water, put refrigerators, but 90% of the time they were empty, the girl at the reception said that she did not know the information and that water was not provided at all - go to the store and buy it. Beach towels were said to be changed every day, in fact, they changed once and then with a fight, since they simply did not exist. We also encountered a problem at the reception, the girl, the only Russian speaker, could not answer a single question, more precisely she answered: “I can’t answer this question for you”, the same answer followed the question of who can. The A la carte restaurant opened closer to departure, they couldn’t get there, at the reception they manually wrote an announcement: “A la carte reservation is over. Come tomorrow. ” Having read the concept of the hotel at the end of the vacation, we found out that there is a free hammam, we also didn’t have time to use it, since everything was already taken, and upon arrival they said that everything was paid. The food was not bad, but for 7 days the eggs were a little strained for breakfast, there were also cereals, but it was impossible to eat them, lines accumulated in the dining room from time to time, the plates were empty and no one filled them, the kitchen staff stood next to a sad look.
