We rested together from September 27 to October 4.2010.
In general, the hotel is normal, solid 3+.
Everything in order:
Road:
From the airport to Alanya we drove 2-2.5 hours.
Room, accommodation and service:
Settled immediately upon arrival, tk. arrived in the afternoon at 16:00. I liked the room, clean and comfortable, air conditioning worked well. The view from the room to the hotel and the road, but it was not noisy. The fridge didn't really work. The room has a safe and hairdryer. The fee for the safe is $2 per night. The room was cleaned daily and very clean, bed linen was changed 2 times in 12 days, towels were changed 3 times, although no tip was left.
Staff:
The staff is very friendly, always smiling. The reception speaks excellent Russian.
Vacationers:
The entire former Soviet Union, as well as the Swedes, Germans, and Turks, rest in the hotel. Lots of families with kids. There are few elderly people in the hotel. There were enough youth.
Territory:

The territory of the hotel is small, there is almost no greenery at all, since the entire territory is tiled. Another building is being built nearby, but no construction was carried out during our time. In 2011, this hotel will be 5 * and apparently another building will be opened, I don’t know where all the people will be, because there is nowhere for an apple to fall!
Infrastructure:
Mahmutlar is located from Alanya in 10-15 minutes. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops, the village is very developed. A friend's sunglasses broke, then we went to the optics, where they fixed them in 5 minutes and completely free of charge!
Hamam:
We went to the Turkish bath from a travel agency located on the street, opposite the Green Peace Hotel, the cost is $ 20, we were taken to the Marina (this is a residential complex for wealthy Turks), I really liked the Hamam, the price includes a sauna, soap massage, oil massage, mask for the face of clay and the pool, they bring and take to the hotel, there were very long!
The hammam that is at the hotel is not praised, but the one that Pegasus offers is put on stream, and there they also paw the girls!
Food:
The food, of course, as elsewhere in Turkey, is original, salads with many seasonings. We ate what was simpler, salads were made from what was served yesterday, so we did not risk it. Chicken was always for lunch and dinner. Quite often there was delicious fish, liver and lamb. Stewed eggplant, noodles, french fries, lots of greens and vegetables. Fruits included apples, grapes and plums. Watermelon caught a couple of times, apparently not the season. In the evenings, they gave delicious cakes, but they were immediately snatched up, people, out of greed, put 2 or even 3 pieces on themselves, and then it was all thrown away! For breakfast, they gave fried eggs, breakfast cereals with milk, salted cottage cheese, soy sausage, greens, vegetables and salads left over from the evening. There was never any fruit for breakfast.
Entertainment in the hotel:
We saw the animation a couple of times, then it simply disappeared, as they explained to us - the end of the season, all the students left for Russia to study. There was no music in the hotel, a couple of animators walked in a sleepy state. 2 times performed water aerobics. Volleyball among vacationers was held daily on the beach, it was fun!

There were discos every day, they were taken to Alanya from the hotel for free, because. At the end of the season, therefore, we decided to make a gift to vacationers, and in the summer, going to the disco cost $ 8 per person. We left at 23:00 and arrived at 15:30.
Beach and sea:
The beach is a bit dirty. Sunbeds, umbrellas and mattresses are free. On the beach, grandmother bakes delicious cakes with herbs, cheese and potatoes. The entrance to the sea is inconvenient, kaamenisty, dangerous with kids. People bought themselves rubber slippers. And we went from the pier, it's quite safe there. The sea is clean and transparent.
Bar:
Drinks in the bar were poured without question and in any quantity until 23:00, in the afternoon they had an afternoon snack at the bar, for which they gave delicious cupcakes, as in Russia, not like their specific sweets soaked in butter.
Weather:
The air temperature was 30-35 degrees, not particularly hot, what you need. It rained a couple of times, but it quickly passed. On October 2, there was a strong storm, after which the sea became restless and no one swam. It cooled down.
Tours:
From Pegasus, all excursions are expensive, we went from them to a shopping tour to Antalya + a yacht. They took me to a leather store, a jewelry store, and, as it seemed to me, a stock clothing store. Everything is expensive everywhere. Then we stopped for lunch at a restaurant and went for a ride on a yacht, and all this for $ 15 from Pegasus, and on the way back we stopped at the Mosque for an excursion.
Shopping:
We went to Alanya for shopping, 10-15 minutes to Alanya by dolmush - $ 2. There is a shopping center Alanium, where you can find a lot of high-quality, interesting and inexpensive clothes.
Bazaar comes to Mahmutlar 2 times a week, on Tue. and Saturday, everything is several times cheaper there, and you can also bargain.
Calls to Russia:
They called Russia from a pay phone located near the hotel on the street, a $5 card for 50 minutes.
The pool at the hotel is clean, the slides work at a certain time from 14:00 to 15:30, it is dangerous to ride them, people scratched their soft part of the body and back.
Cons of the hotel:

Lack of animation at the end of the season and music in the hotel, small territory, many people in the hotel, inconvenient entrance to the sea.
Pros:
Friendly and helpful staff, good room and service, the presence of meat (chicken, fish, lamb) in the diet, free discos.
