Let me tell you the most important thing! 4 people rested (2 adults and 2 children - 2.5 years and 11 years old) This is not the first time in Turkey, but we have NEVER seen such a 5 ! ! And people who write that this is a great hotel (or always rested at 3.4 *, or do not know what 5 * is)
1) Room cleaning for 7 days - 2 times and 1 change of towels (with a scandal) In our family room room there are two air conditioners - one started to flow when turned on, and the other worked according to the BREED system ! ! The door to the toilet didn’t close at all (my husband was tinkering with it for 2 hours on the very first day) The refrigerator worked with the key inserted, leaving the room it turned off (the result is freezing at night and defrosting during the day) there is NOTHING! ! Towels are used only in the room!
2) We are omnivores in food, but there really was nothing to eat! Everything was spicy and peppery! The child (2.5 years old) ate only rice and watermelon !!
3) The territory of the hotel is UNREALLY small, sitting at the pool bar you can reach your hand to the balcony of a neighboring house.
4) Children's animation is outdated (we saw this program already in 2005) and every day is the same! And the adult one is not new! Although the animators and staff must be given their due, always with a smile, always friendly! we liked the hotel
5) The beach is HORRIBLE! ! It is impossible to enter the sea! On the very first day, we cut all our legs and decided that such extreme sports were not for us! ! We had to swim only in the pool!
6) The children's pool is very DANGEROUS! ! There are no rubber mats near it and the children fall one by one and break their faces!
7) The all-inclusive program does not work there! Alcoholic drinks by the sea are PAID!! ! After 24 hours everything is for MONEY! ! with cups they are simply not enough for everyone !!
8) The disco is HORRIBLE. All drinks are paid! There are anxious Turks around and when you come there you don’t want to dance anymore ! ! You can’t smoke at the disco either ! ! taken away (for money) to a disco in Alanya!
