Разочарование в 5* Disappointing in 5*

Was in this hotel for 4 days. I decided to write my impressions about the hotel.
The hotel is clean, well maintained, large and beautiful both outside and inside. There was no rubbish or rubbish anywhere. The rooms are also with normal wall decoration and normal furniture. Very comfortable balconies (there are even hangers to dry your swimsuit or towel). They feed normally. Meat of course not, but a large selection of salads, chicken and fish (of course not red) was every day. Tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers and cabbage with salads of all degrees of cutting were present : ) There were different cheeses. Sweets were also for every taste, from cheesecakes and local honey-soaked cakes to shortbread cookies with cream, and of course, there were 2 types of fruit every day (watermelon, melon, grapes, plums and apricots). Minus that for dinner, right in the unventilated dining room, they fried some cheap, smelly fish.
The rooms were cleaned but so-so (the towel was not changed for us because we lived for 4 days) on the third day they turned the sheets over to us and pretended that they were clean : )

I liked the pool. Clean and not very small and the water in it was not icy. I also liked the slides.
About the bars. Overall, not bad. But when there is a stream of people, they hastily rinse the glasses and you can pour soda into a glass that smells like beer or vice versa. They drink alcohol like everywhere else. You can take alcohol from the hotel bars to the beach, but only after the beach bar closes (it is paid). Alcohol at least 10 glasses per person (but the glasses are really small, I’m not used to drinking even water from a glass for 3 sips, it was especially annoying that drinking water was poured into the same small glasses). Also killed the attitude of staff towards tourists. I asked the bartender just clean water, they poured me a beer and told me not to be picky.
The location is bad, far from the airport and from the main resort center.
There is a disco, but it is not popular. Someone previously wrote about a tennis court, I did not see it.
The beach is normal, the sea is clean, but the entry into the sea is terrible, there are a lot of stones and almost everyone cuts their legs (during our visit, the girl turned up a hole by slipping on a stone. And we all got hurt, some hands, some legs, some cut our backs (shorter than combat wounds received during there were many attempts to break into open water).
Another minus. A lot of things are broken in the rooms. Our telephone did not work and there were problems with the bathroom and toilet (the toilet was fixed on the first day) in other rooms there were problems with air conditioning, minibars and TVs. In short, you need to immediately check everything in order to force the number to be corrected or replaced.
There is free wifi in the lobby in the rooms. Everything works at a normal speed (the closer to the reception the better).
In short, if you expect that this is a real 5 stars at its best, you weren’t here at 3+, for me it’s even better rested (but this is just my opinion).
