Came with my husband to relax. . . It took 4 hours to get to the hotel from the airport, since it is located at the very end of the transportation. Then we sat in the lobby for about 3 hours waiting to be settled. When we entered the room, the first thing that caught my eye was that there were two separate beds! When we asked to give us a room with a double bed, we received the answer THAT THEY HAVE NO ROOMS WITH A DOUBLE BED IN THE HOTEL. The mood was immediately spoiled, but we clenched our teeth and moved the beds. Behind the beds was an incredible amount of dirt, dust, cobwebs. Catches only 2 Russian channels, it often had failures and did not show anything at all. The noise in the rooms is terrible, it's impossible to sleep. It seems that the hotel is assembled from cardboard boxes, you can hear any word behind the wall. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, we didn’t even open the balcony in the evening, then we saw that they LIVE IN THE HOOD, THERE WAS A ROY. The request to eliminate the inconvenience or give another number was ignored. I am generally shocked, the hotel staff is very friendly at first glance, but when it comes to some kind of request, they smile sweetly, but do nothing. The air conditioner in our room was blowing hot air. The hotel does not even pull on a 4-ku.
