Before buying tickets at a travel agency, I shoveled all the reviews on the Internet about other hotels, but because of work, my husband and I didn’t know exactly when we should buy tickets and, therefore, we didn’t book 2 weeks in advance, as recommended in a travel agency, our vacation, then we had no choice. At the Odessa travel agency, we were offered a vacation at the Happy Elegant 5 * hotel for 6 days, 7 nights with a departure from Kyiv instead of Odessa. Moreover, the tour operator in the Odessa travel agency did not explain that in Kyiv our charter flight with vacationers would be made not from the central terminal B in Boryspil, but from terminal F, also in Boryspil, which we did not even suspect existed. But, thank God, we still did not miss the flight. The flight lasted 2.5 hours. And at 6.30 in the morning we already flew to Antalya. From there we were taken by anextur bus 2.5 hours to the hotel. The guide girl who accompanied us to the hotels said that we would be checked into rooms after 14-00. But we were settled in the room 10 minutes after our arrival at the hotel. Moreover, without any $ 20 in the passport, they gave us an excellent spacious family triple room for two of us. All the guys at the reception are nice and helpful. They said if you need to dial the number 9 in the room by phone. They put gray bracelets on us and before dinner, which was at 12.30, we even managed to go to the sea. In the reviews on the Internet, I read the advice of vacationers to bring their own towels for the beach, in order to avoid any dissatisfaction and misunderstandings. Because the towels in the rooms are white and you can not take them to the sea. THE SEA IS AWESOME, WONDERFUL, FANTASTIC!! ! The water is clear and transparent, like a tear and with a bluish tint. The sea is very salty, so the water pushes to the surface. The reviews said that someone drowned. You need to fluff less. I didn't know how to swim at all. And here the water holds so well that I learned to swim and didn’t drown, thank God, when I didn’t feel the bottom with my feet, the salt water keeps well on the surface. And yet, I decided to undergo treatment with sea water, it removes negativity and spoilage well and therefore dipped headlong, was not afraid to ruin my hair and hairstyle. I specifically did not wash off sea salt in the shower for medicinal purposes. . And what surprised me very much, in 6 days I had beautiful soft hair falling in curly spirals and the skin was not pulled together by salt. I also did not buy slippers to be treated with stones. people have many points on the soles of their feet, which, when walking barefoot on the ground, sand, pebbles or stones, are massaged in a natural way and these points are connected with our internal organs. So the sole is a distance type. And what beautiful multi-colored pebbles of different sizes and shapes on the coast and in the water!! ! True, one must enter the water very carefully, because the bottom consists not only of large pebbles, but also of huge rocky boulders. My husband and I adapted to this inconvenience and, right from the shore, lay down in the water and slowly moving our hands along the bottom, we began to swim. The Black Sea in Odessa is not so exotic, although it is also beautiful in its own way, light emerald. Now a little about the hotel room. The bed is wide, comfortable, sexodrome is what you need! The bed was changed every day, cleaned every day even when the sign asking for cleaning was not turned on. We even washed the loggia. The lobby is very spacious and comfortable. . The view from the loggia was to the right of the mountains, the tops of which caressed the clouds. To the left from the loggia there is a beautiful view of the sea. We lived on the first floor, but since there were some 2 non-residential floors below us, it turned out that it was on the third. The hotel building is beautiful, clean, comfortable with stone lions, glass elevators, reminiscent of a palace. The long seven-story buildings at the top are connected by a glass roof over the hall. At the reception there is a huge long flat aquarium in the form of a picture with fish, fabulous coloring. In the lobby near the reception there is a water tank with many live turtles. The service staff is friendly. I did not see a single angry or dissatisfied look - aggression was completely absent. And no antlers. One of the Russian vacationers drunk was sitting with his girlfriend in the restaurant and swearing loudly so that I was ashamed that I also speak Russian, although I am Ukrainian. The food was plentiful and varied. So we were never hungry. Yes, they had some of their own national dishes with sauces and spices that tasted unpleasant, although I really like spicy and spices, but those that we sell in Ukraine. Ice cream was never given either. . And there was no grilled meat on an open fire, which I read about in reviews in other hotels in Kemer, where we wanted to go, but we didn’t get vouchers for exactly the period that we needed. The hotel area is small but cozy. There is where to sit. There are many soft sofas and armchairs in the hall, where you can not only sit, but also lie around. On the very first evening before dinner, both the TV and the air conditioner in our room began to turn off at the same time. I dialed the number 9 on the phone and told the guys at the reception what was the matter. An electrician immediately came, a young, handsome, friendly Turk, and eliminated the cause of the short circuit, which occurred where the room key card was inserted. This is my first vacation with my husband and we have nothing to compare, but we liked everything about this hotel. Didn't want to leave. I read about this hotel, after I bought vouchers here, a couple of first bad reviews, I was very upset and stopped reading further. Swim in the sea, plunging headlong, and do not be afraid to wet your hair, caps and hats, leave your glasses on the shore, do not be afraid to ruin your hair and hairstyles, sea water will wash away all negativity from your aura and all the invisible entities that have clung to you, pull from you energy and make you angry and negative. And you will feel how happy, joyful and carefree you have become and leave here with a good heart. My husband and I thank all the staff of this hotel, the owner of this hotel, although we do not know him and have not seen him, and we are also grateful to this country for its positive energy and these hardworking people who arranged a vacation for everyone who wants to relax from all over the world.
