It all started like this: I met the tour operator at the airport without delay - well done (tez-tour), they drove us for 1.5 hours, as they took everyone in turn to different hotels. Upon arrival, we were disappointed - there were no available rooms and sent to Granada for 2 days. This is the first thing that upset us upon arrival. Only on the second day, apparently, someone made a remark and began to comment on the animation and Russian. Two days later we were transferred to Botanik. As an apology, they presented gifts - a beach bag, a mug and a little postman. It's funny. . . Especially when there are 4 people in the family - and moving is not a trifle. True, we were settled quickly and took into account all the wishes - expressed upon arrival for the first time about resettlement. They settled us next to friends - as they wanted in Rosa.
The hotel is designed for families with children. I don’t advise single or young couples to come here, you are unlikely to find a couple here (the vast majority come with families), and young people will be bored in terms of entertainment (in a nightclub, children 12-14 years old dance until 01-00, and at 2-00 he already closed).

And there are 4 Russian channels on TV in the room.
Slides in the aqua - work from 10-00 to 18-00, although it happens that they open even earlier. In the first days, the temperature was under 40 and terrible diarrhea... I don’t even want to remember.
